We hit an error adding your new account - Mautic

I cant connect to mautic from zapier and this is the issue.

 

I had already turn on API settings in configuration setting. 

 


 
I'd also delete the cache app/cache by "php /bin/console cache:clear" but it seem not working for me.
Im using Devilbox to hosting Mautic in Local. Is that the problem that i cant connect to mautic through zapier? Do i need to public hosting Mautic?

It looks like you also reached out to our Support team and they identified that this issue is likely being caused by it being hosted locally.
