Name is not showing up, when someone subscribes to a list. (only email)

Hi there, I am sending a zap from webflow to my Brevo email marketing acount, and when I do so, it is only sending the email address and not the persons name. I have tried everything and can’t seem to work this out. Can anyone offer any advice here please. Many thanks in advance,Jules

BitBucket Integration Issue: Missing values & unable to select owner field.

Hello,I am experiencing an issue when setting up a BitBucket integration.Whenever I try to select an option for the Owner field, all I get in the dropdown is a single option which actually corresponds to an existing repository. That single option also has a note saying MISSING VALUE!.After I fill in all the required fields, I’m still unable to create the integration, as if I’m still missing some fields.I attached a GIF animation reproducing this issue.Could you please take a look at this and confirm whether it’s a bug or some incorrect setup on my BitBucket account? (I tested this on multiple Zapier accounts, with the same BitBucket account, and saw the same issue)Thanks!

Formating Lookup Value in Zapier Loops, before comparing it to Lookup Value?

Hello,I am currently struggeling with Zapier Loops. I have a database with randomly generated data records of employees, including their birthday. I would now like to run a Zapier Schedule on a daily basis and send an email with congratulations to all employees who have birthday on that day. The problem is that Zapier compares the Lookup Field 1 directly with the Lookup Value. You do not have the option of formatting it beforehand. The problem now is that Zapier never recognizes that someone has birthday (example birthday on first of January 1990: It is the first of January 2024 and Zapier makes the following comparison: first of January 1990 == first of January 2024 equals False). Although it is someone's birthday that day, Zapier doesn't realize it. I have two possible workarounds for that, but both are not very satisfying. The first solution is not to save the entire date as a date type, but to save the day and month, separated from the year as a text type in two different columns.

Mailchimp Subscribers not tagged in Mailchimp after purchesing a plan on Wix website

Hi, I’m new to Zapier and I have just created my first Zap by connecting my Wix pricing plan form and my Mailchimp audience that is tagged so a customer journey can be send out to whoever purchase a plan on my landing page. I am having trouble getting my subscribers through Zapier into Mailchimp.I have asked Mailchimp for support first and they have told me the subscribers are not getting an email  because they are not being tagged as they have not agreed to subscribing to my emails so I have connected to Wix support and they have helped me amend my form to have anyone that purchase through that form to be automatically subscribed. Then I tested again and the first email went through and tag the subscriber, send the customer journey out but as soon as I tried another email it didn’t tag it at all. Which is odd to me. Then I connected to Mailchim support again and they told me that it’s not syncing correctly with Zapier so the subscribers don’t go through at all.I also have a challenge

Trouble Connecting Shopify with Google Sheets via Zapier - Unable to Establish Connection

I am trying to create a zap that load new shopify customers to a google sheet, however at the “connect to Shopify” step, it makes me download the app on my store and right after that a page loads on Zapier telling me it couldn´t connect to my shopify. Please has anyone had this issue and solved it?

Surveymonkey test says 'no data' for email_address even though I know an email address was collected

I am trying to build a zap with Surveymonkey as the trigger and sending a Giftbit reward as the action. The survey asks for participant’s contact information and my test response included an email address, but when I test the trigger ‘email_address’ is blank. I need the email address data to be pulled in order for my Giftbit action to work.Do I need to tell zapier which question to find the email addresses in? How can I do that?

Conditional Zapier automation not working despite meeting conditions

Hi, I try to make an automation where Zapier sends me and email when a row is updated but I want it to be conditioned on certain value (between 50 and 90 let’s say), but when data is already in this range zapier read it, but when I want to set up a different condition, Zapier says it didn’t match. What am I missing?

Day and Month flip from Zapier to Salesforce.

We have an integration to Salesforce using a form. However, we are noticing that the dates are flipping in Salesforce. This only occurs when the day is less then 12. For example 08-31-2023 from zapier to Salesforce will insert correctly in Salesforce. However, 08-06-2023 in zapier will flip in Salesforce to 06-08-2023. I have set up a format converter step but this hasn’t solved the issue. The debug shows the date is correct, but when it lands in Salesforce it flips.Is there something that needs to be done to change this?Thanks,

Zapier can't find specific Google spreadsheets

Hi,I’d like to trigger a Slack message when there are updates in a row of a sheet in a spreadsheet.But I can’t find the specific spreadsheet I’d like to use. In the list, there are only two random spreadsheets, and I am not able to Load More or Custom, which means I can’t search with the URL of the spreadsheet as many posts suggested.The spreadsheet is totally owned by me and saved in my Google Drive.Can somebody help? PDF Generation Issue: Blank PDF Instead of Form with Responses

I have a Google form that includes skip sections (in other words, if the answer to a question is no, subsequent questions about that topic are skipped; if yes, the follow-up questions are shown).I would like to automate creating a PDF of the Google form output when a new response is submitted that looks like what a respondent would receive by email (in other words, the form with their responses selected).When I use Google forms and PDF.co what I get is a PDF of the blank form (not one with the responses filled in).The settings are in the screenshot below:Can someone help me figure out what I am doing wrong? The Zap is pulling incorrect data from unrelated business in POS dashboard integration.

I am trying to connect my POS dashboard to a review svc but it when I get to the pull sample part, it is clear zapier’s data is from a business that is not mine. It is a business somewhere out in California and I am in NY. I have done all the normal things like re-connecting etc. and I am not logged into that other biz nor have I ever been. The pos is boulevard booking. Anyone have any thoughts?

Square error: This order ID is not valid for creating an invoice. Please create a new order and try again.

Does anyone know how to create an OPEN order in SQUARE (the only action offered by ZAPIER is to create a PAID order) so that I can create an invoice? I always get this error message: “This order ID is not valid for creating an invoice. Please create a new order and try again”. My trigger is from EXCEL or 123FORMBUILDER. Your help would be VERY appreciated.

Unable to create SharePoint folder

I’m trying to create a folder in SharePoint, eventually tied to a Gravity Form submission. However even the most basic hard-coded details aren’t working.  Here’s a ss of the zap: Test results in:  After doing a little sniffing around, I was pointed towards an article where admin privileges for apps needed to be allowed in Azure, which I’ve done.  I’ve deleted and reconnected the Zapier integration using my account credentials and I’m an admin/owner of the SP site.  Any ideas? Has anyone run into similar issues?

Missing Data and Date Format Issue in WooCommerce to ActiveCampaign using Zapier

Hi everyone,Two questions regarding setting up a one-time transfer between two apps (WooCommerce → Active Campaign.I have a field for which Zapier can draw and preview the data during the mapping stage, but when I do final review of the entire data set, the field is empty. What could be going wrong? One of the fields is a date field. How can I reformat the date for the receiving app, similar to how one might do so in a normal zap using Formatter by Zapier?For my first question, I’ve connected the apps and run through the steps to set up the steps. In the initial mapping, Zapier sees and can assign the correct field, which holds text data. (see below)Next screen, when I preview my mapping, Zapier shows the data in this field successfully. See below with highlight of the sample results in red.(I’ve also shown in red the date format that I’d like to change to YYYY-MM-DD format.)So far so good. LinkendIn error: Field Value validation failed in REQUEST_BODY Data processing Exception while processing fields.

Created a zap where I am trying to autopost from Facebook page posts to my LinkedIn Showcase page. And everytime I test it, it keeps reporting the ERROR: "Field Value validation failed in REQUEST_BODY: Data Processing Exception while processing fields [/author]". I seem to have no problem sending Facebook page posts to my other LinkedIn Company Page but for some reason this does not work on the SHOWCASE page. I have no other option since all the pages associated with my LinkedIn account are automatically retrieved by Zapier as dropdown field. I can only choose the Showcase Page as how Zapier retrieves it. I tried duplicating this scenario where facebook page posts are autoposted on LinkedIn via Buffer and connection to the Showcase page is working. Just to share, the Showcase Page is associated directly with my LinkedIn account and not the Showcase Page under a Company Page. I would really like to stay with Zapier and upgrade to a paid plan but this is the only issue of Zapier that I c

When have connected Instagram and Webflow in one of our zap. It does not work when someone posts something on Instagram. When we do a Zap run it's stuck at the fetching media level.  Did anyone have face same issue? Anyone have any solution for this?

Can't connect GPT agents using zapier AI Action

I’m trying to build a GPT where I can ask it to summarize all the emails I received in the past 24 hour, and it will look through the inbox in my gmail to summarize it for me using Zapier AI action. Clio Upload Document Error: 'Not found' despite finding correct Matter

When I receive a new Google form response, I want it converted to PDF and then uploaded to the existing client matter in Clio.I have successfully created the Google form response to PDF using the zap to PDF.co.The next step is to Find the Matter in Clio, which was also succesful.I run into an issue at the final step of Upload Document to Matter in Clio. I have tried various options to fill in the Matter field value. I get a “Not found error.” What am I doing wrong? The zap finds the correct Matter in Clio so I can’t figure out what is wrong with the final step.Any suggestions?

Zapier can't find Discord Users with # and numbers in their name

Hi there,I’m trying to use zapier to find users and then assign them roles in Discord. But it seems it can't find users in discord with numbers after their name, i'm testing with two accounts, one with the username jdconnol, and one with the user name jdconnol#6626, zapier has no problem finding and assigning a role to the first account but can't find the second one, why?The Zap steps right now are as follows:1. User joins discord via the heading in a google form 2. They return to the google form, fill in their username and some additional details 3. Once they submit the form, Zapier finds them in discord via their username, and notes their unique discord ID Zapier uses this ID to assign them a role in DiscordFor some reason, for users with numbers in their username, Zapier is unable to find them.Additionally, it seems that sometimes Zapier will default to using their nicknames to identify them. Missing spaces in trigger creation for joining specific Mighty Network space.
