Hi everyone,
I'm trying to build a Zap that triggers when a Zendesk ticket is updated. My goal is to use a Filter to look for a specific string of text within the latest internal note/comment added to the ticket.
However, when I try to set up my Filter (or a Formatter step), I cannot find the field for "Last Comment Body", "Plain Body", or anything that represents the actual text of the most recent comment. I only see general fields like Tags, Status, and ID.
A few details:

Trigger: Zendesk - Updated Ticket.

Sample Data: I have already pulled a fresh sample record (Find New Records) after adding a new internal note to the ticket in Zendesk.

Issue: Even with the new sample, the field containing the comment text is missing from the dropdown list in Zapier.
Does anyone know if this field has a different name in the latest Zendesk integration, or if there's a specific setting in Zendesk I need to enable so Zapier can "see" the comment content?
