Issues with complex Zap using loops, digest, and filters for blog post creation.

I am trying to create a pretty complex zap using loops to generate sections of a complex blog post which im having written section at a time, added to digest, and then after a filter, relased to WP. I’ve tried this with paths and was getting poor results for various reasons (path a was last iteration, B first iteration, and path C any sections beween 2 and second to last section. As you can see, that kept not running right. So anyways i took away the paths and combined paths b and c and just added a filter to only pass on to last steps on final run of the loop.That final run should be = to the number of sections i have. This would not be the first section or =1. Since these are more complex posts, I anticipate there will be at least 2 secitoins, so therefor the iteration shouldnt be = to 2 either. And just as balance I know the number of Count in DIgest will go up as sections are added, so i made “count must = total sectons”. **please note #21 is actually “FInd digest”, not append di

Zap from outlook to chime is missing info

I have a zap set up so when a contact is added to outlook it is zapped to chime. I mapped several fields - name, email , phone etc. When it shows up in Chime it only has name. Why is it not caturing all of the info and bringing over?

QuickBooks Online estimate generates incorrect line items for multiple line amounts.

Hello! Hope you are well.I am facing an issue when generating an estimate on Quickbooks. I have multiple Line Amount, but only one Line Item/Product.So when the document is generated, the Line Item/Product(after the first one) become the one by default.Does anyone know how to resolve that? I have tried putting more Line Item/Product manually in my Zap, but it didn’t work.Thank you,

Zapier very slow and crashing browser when diting

Zapier very slow when editing the workflow. Most of time the browser will ask if we want to quit or wait …Most of time I need to close the browser and restart.Very painfull, especially when you start on paying plan.

Unable to set up trigger for assigned tasks in Teamwork.

Newbie here, and I’m having an issue trying to set up a trigger from Teamwork. Here’s what I’m trying to do…When I’m assigned a new task in Teamwork (Trigger)The task is added to Motion (Action) But I’m only seeing trigger options for when I add a new task in Teamwork (and if I add a task in Teamwork, I’m almost always assigning it to someone else… not myself) Is there a way to set up a trigger for the Teamwork tasks on my task list (not those I’m assigning to others)?

Unable to access spreadsheet in nested OneDrive folder.

I have a zap that the connection was not working, i finally got the connection back, but now i can’t get the zap to run b/c Zapier can’t see the spreadsheet its trying to access.The spreadsheeet is on One drive. The spreadsheeet is nested.its nested down into 3 folders - then the file is there. I have all folders correct (as shown on this photo), the correct file is there, the worksheet is there. I don’t have a table to select (there is no option) HELP

Jotform to Excel integration issue with field data concatenating in first cell.

I am trying to replicate the Jotform integration of writing to a Google sheet by using zapier to write to an excel spreadsheet. I have an issue where field data from Jotform is moving to excel, but concatenating all of the field data in the first cell instead of mapping the data across columns.

"Values to Loop" error & issues with dynamic data update in Looping by Zapier step

I’m having an issue where I try and loop over every result found using the Loops by Zapier step and then take the variables created by said loop and make a unique item for every item created. It seems to not be updating properly to have the dynamic data and it will return the error Required field "Values to Loop" (loop_values) is missing.I’m at a loss for what I should do. Adding tag to squarespace customer in mailchimp

Hey, I am trying to do the following an running into a possible error:When someone makes a purchase on my squarespace website they are added to my mailchimp audience, I want to add a tag that says “member” to that person. If you can tell from this image, am I doing this correctly? I received an email from Zap saying their was a connection error but i tested it and the connection is good. I hired someone from upwork to do this and paid over $300 only to have them build a zap loop that delayed us a month, she never completed the work and now i am here with unhappy clients trying to handle this myself. I really appreciate the help.

Unable to send data from Google Sheets to shared Excel doc on SharePoint.

Hi all,We are working with a client that cannot work directly with Google Sheets (for privacy reasons, etc)So they created a Microsoft Excel doc, which they then shared with us via SharePoint under a shared folder.We need to send data (new spreadsheet row) from our Google Sheet to this shared Microsoft Excel doc.We have tried 2 zaps to achieve this with no luck:1. New or Updated Row in Google Sheets - Add New Row in Microsoft Excel2. New or Updated Row in Google Sheets - Create List Item in SharePointIt seems as though it would connect because:1. It is a shared file/folder2. Needs to main account admin holder login details for sharepointIs there a way around this?eg. Copy the shared Microsoft Excel url link or something?

Customer service not helping me with a simple matter - what do I do?

Hi, i can not connect Getaccept account on zapier, Can i use another account of getaccept on zapier ,how? I purchased already zapier plan with this account but on our get Accept we have a different account and now we want to use getaccept on zapier but got en error about this auth is expired. Slack Reaction triggering in some private channels, but not all

Found this post, but I’m looking for a bit more information. As a workaround to the reaction trigger not working when you specify a private channel I have a few zaps where I just leave the channel field blank which allows the reaction to trigger in private channels. I’m seeing some odd behavior If I set the channel for the trigger to a private channel the trigger doesn’t work. I expected this based on the help text for that field Only triggers on reactions added on messages in this public channel. Only channels you are a member of will appear in this list. If you can't find your channel, click the Load More button or switch to the Custom tab and enter the channel's ID. Once live, the trigger will work even if you are not a member of the channel. If I leave the channel field blank the trigger has been working in ANY public channel and SOME private channels I haven’t been able to figure out what has made it function in some of our private channels, but not others. iHomefinder error: Cannot publish Zap. You should try reconnecting your iHomefinder account.

When I go to add a new step to zaps with iHomefinder I get the error when trying to publish. To be clear, I am able to test the zap succesfully and login to the iHomefinder account outside zapier. Error when publishingError when trying to reconnect

Zap from Square to Aweber not working in real scenarios despite successful test

The test of my zap works fine. In the real world it’s not working. Square Up to Aweber. It’s on. New payment in square is supposed to trigger being added to a specific list in Aweber. Changed this then to New customer in square trigger being added to a specific list in Aweber. Again, test works. Real life does not. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Issues connecting Jira Data Center to Zapier using MFA (SSO) authentication.

We are running Jira Data Center There doesn’t seem to be a specific Jira Data Center integration. The closest one seems to be Jira Software Server. With our Jira instance, the username / password authentication is prohibited and only MFA (SSO) is allowed. I’ve tested connecting with username (and email) with a personal access token and I get the following error: Wondering if this type of integration is possible and if anyone has come across this issue before and how I might be able to get around it.If you need any other details, please let me know.

Why is all mail being added to the database. I only want it to work when a new thread is created. (Gmail to Notion)

When a new thread is created in a Google Groups email, I want to add the post to the Notion database.I can't connect Google Groups directly to Zapier, so I created a new Gmail account and invited people to join the group.I am receiving two Google Groups emails in one Gmail account.I set up automatic labeling of these two Google Groups emails.In Zapier, I made sure that when a new thread is created in Gmail, a document is added to the database in the notion, and the mailboxes are labeled. The reason for this is that we want to put emails with different labels in different databases.You may ask if you can create two Google accounts, but I have a corporate account, so each time I create one, it adds money.However, whenever a new email is created, rather than a new thread, it is added to the notion database.For example, when someone in a group replies, it is also added to the database.It shouldn't be added to the database because it's not a new thread.How can I solve this, please help.Tran

Can't pull permanent link from Slack to Monday

I created a Zap that whenever a team member sends a message in a channel in Slack, it will create an item in Monday with the contents of that message, and the permanent link that will lead to that message in Slack. When testing the trigger, there was no problem but then it cannot pull the link into Monday, only the contents of the message.

Zapier is very messed up tonight!! I post this in here because I am very tired with waiting 48 hours for customer service.
