I'm working on setting up a Zap that uses Dotloop as a trigger, specifically trying to pull "Loops" (e.g., New Loop, Loop Status Changed, New Document Signed).

I've encountered an "Access is denied" error when testing the Dotloop trigger in my Zap. The exact error message is: "Unable to pull loops - Access is denied" or "Error while retrieving: Access is denied."

I've already tried the most common troubleshooting step:

  • Reconnecting my Dotloop account in Zapier's "My Apps" section multiple times.

My main question is: Does Zapier's Dotloop integration fully support Dotloop Admin Profiles, or is it primarily designed for individual agent accounts?

I'm connecting with a Dotloop account that has Administrator privileges within our brokerage. I'm trying to access loops across the entire brokerage, not just those tied to a single agent's profile.

Could the "Access Denied" error stem from the type of Dotloop account (Admin vs. Agent) being used with Zapier? Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it? Are there any specific permissions or settings within Dotloop's Admin profile that need to be enabled for Zapier to have full access?

Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
