When I try to “Add New Connection” to connect my OpenPhone account, it takes me to login to my OpenPhone Account. I successfully login and then nothing else happens afterward. It’s just a webpage of me logged into OpenPhone. I was expecting an additional page asking me to authorize the connection or something, but literally nothing else happens.

 

Adding a New Connection to OpenPhone simply results in me logging into my OpenPhone account from Zapier and there are no additional steps or options to actually connect the two apps. What am I missing?

If you're having trouble connecting OpenPhone to Zapier due to OAuth issues, start by clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then try a different browser. Disable pop-up blockers and ensure your browser is up to date. Verify that your OpenPhone account has the correct permissions for integrations. If the problem persists, contacting OpenPhone support for further assistance is recommended.
