When I try to “Add New Connection” to connect my OpenPhone account, it takes me to login to my OpenPhone Account. I successfully login and then nothing else happens afterward. It’s just a webpage of me logged into OpenPhone. I was expecting an additional page asking me to authorize the connection or something, but literally nothing else happens.

 

Adding a New Connection to OpenPhone simply results in me logging into my OpenPhone account from Zapier and there are no additional steps or options to actually connect the two apps. What am I missing?

Disable pop-up blockers and ensure your browser is up to date. Verify that your OpenPhone account has the correct permissions for integrations.
