Exporting leads from Instantly to HubSpot - lead information not being passed over

Hi All, 

Trying to export leads (Contacts) from our instantly campaigns that have ended to track the data in HubSpot as our source of truth so we don’t have dupes. 

I tried creating a Zap but when i connect instantly it doesn’t allow me to add email address, contacts name or domain for hubspot to then match or create the data. 

 

All I need to see is the leads from our instantly campaign in our Hubspot CRM. 

 

Any ideas how i add more properties to map from instanty? I have tried this -

Extract Email Address (for Instantly's "Lead's Email" field) from this property - Lead's Email:your_lead_email [optional] but that isn’t working either?

You mentioned trying this:

When you tried mapping those fields, did either of them contain an email address, or did both say “No Data”?

If there wasn’t an email address showing, it could be that the selected test record didn’t include one. Could you try selecting a different test record to see if that then passes over an email address?

If that doesn’t help, could you share some screenshots of the HubSpot action as well as the fields being output from the Instantly trigger? Since we can’t access your Zaps, screenshots help us understand the setup better so that we can better determine what might be causing the trouble here. Just make sure to blur or remove any personal info (names, emails, etc.) before sharing—you can use a tool Zappy for that.

Thanks for your reply. 

 

I believe the issue is the email address copying over from instantly but there’s no other property or way to edit?

The only property I can select for an ‘email’ to map from instantly is {your__lead_email (optional)}

To troubleshoot lead export issues from Instantly to HubSpot, ensure your Instantly trigger captures all necessary data, including emails. Test different records to confirm data availability and verify correct field mapping in HubSpot. Check the output fields to ensure completeness, and consider using the "Formatter by Zapier" to extract relevant data if needed. Re-authenticate both apps to resolve connectivity issues and review Zap History for errors to identify potential problems.
