I have a Zap that has a trigger of Transaction Completed in MemberPress and action of create a Sales Invoice in Xero. However, the zap never triggers when a tran runs in MemberPress..

My Zap Setup:

  • Trigger: "Transaction Completed" in MemberPress
  • Action: “Create Sales Invoice” in Xero

The Issue:

  • Trans in MemberPress never triggers the Zap.
  • Connection Test and recreating Zap and running a test in Zapier all work fine.

I have tried building a new Zap from scratch. Old Zap used to work and then suddenly stopped working. 

How can I troubleshoot where the error is?

Note: This integration is available to members on the MemberPress Plus and Pro plans, as it requires the Developer Tools add-on.

We have both the MemberPress Pro and Zapier Pro plans.

The MemberPress Zapier integration is in place and was working fine, but then suddenly stopped working and I have been unable to work out why. I’m looking for help on how to troubleshoot or some support.
