Issues with Trigger and Data Mapping for Excel File in Google Drive

Hello,I am encountering an issue with my Zap that involves an Excel file stored in Google Drive.The problem arises when I try to set up the trigger and map the columns from the Excel file. Despite selecting the correct folder and file, the test trigger does not detect the correct records from the specified file. Instead, it shows unrelated data from (I presume) other files in my Google Drive. Here are the details of my setup:I have an Excel file named "export" stored in a specific folder in Google Drive. The Zap is configured with the trigger "New File in Folder" for the aforementioned folder. During the "Test your trigger" step, the records shown do not match the data from the specified Excel file. The records detected seem to come from other files in my Drive. I have ensured the following:The file extension is .xlsx. The first row contains headers. There are no empty rows or columns in the Excel file. The Zap is linked to the correct Google Drive account. The Zap is linked to the cor

Stuck on finding the event name for my Zap to integrate into my Mailchimp customer journey

Hi there  Please can someone help me.  I’m looking to send an automated email to anyone that subscribes to my service via the call to action in the welcome email, using the stipe payment link i created.  I’ve created my first zap, stripe as the trigger and followed the steps, event- new customer and connected my account and completed the test.  Next i selected mailchimp for the action and followed the same steps, event: add/update subscriber, connect the account, and for actions i see below….   next i go onto my mailchimp journey and i’m stuck….I select trigger and go onto api integration and select zapier, it’s asking me for the event name, how do i find this?   Please help thank you.

Unable to Pull Rows from Excel Worksheet error in my new Zap.

i have alreay have zaps running with a new row in excelI have already 6 zaps runningNow i want a new one from the same sheet but a different worksheet en he gives me this:Unable to pull rowsPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: Data must start in the top left most position - no blank rows up top or blank columns on the left data starts in de top left so i don’t know what the problem is

How to send emails from an Microsoft Outlook group email?

I’m trying to create a Zap when there’s a new entry in Typeform, send a personalized email via Outlook. The problem I have is that the address I want to send the email from is a group email, which is not an actual email with a password, but I do have permission to send emails from that address.When I put this group email address in the “From” field of the email and test the trigger, it gives me a troubleshooting error that says “Failed to create an email in Microsoft Outlook. Unable to send an email: The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.”Am I missing another thing that prevents the emails from being sent? Or is it possible to send the emails from this email group? I have permission to send emails from that group email, but it does not have a password, so I can’t connect it like it’s another Outlook account.

Gmail error: The value in the "To" field is invalid

As the title says, I’m trying to setup an automatic response for form submissions on my Squarespace site, as in the photo below:But when I test this out, I receive an email in my inbox that says “Address not found”. It’s actually trying to send an email to zapier-demo@squarespace.com. How do I get this field to populate with a customer’s actual email address?

Evalato to MailerLite specific group not working

Hey peeps,I’ve connected two apps Evalato and MailerLite via Zapier. Evalato should Zap when someone signs up and pays and sent the contact details to MailerLite specific subscriber group. In MailerLite I run email automations. But Zapier is showing the zaps are TRUE and working however I get emails that there is an error and it’s not sending it to MailerLite. Can someone help please? Below are the type of email messages with errors I get.

Zapier bug: Reddit integration isn't uploading audio

REDDIT integration appears to have a bug when i use instagram integration its working fine, sharing file and all but reddit integration have a bug which does not get the files audio please fix this issue as mainly using reddit integration for most of my work i tried to contact support team but i failed to do so now im posting this on community hope this will be used as a bug report.

Wordpress API returns Censored Results?

Hello! I’m having an issue with the Wordpress API request app returning censored URLs. When I query the API locally from my machine, I get proper URLs. Is this Zapier censoring my results? Zapier support wanted to say it was Wordpress, but none of their explanations made sense (said my site was set to private, but it’s not).

Error: No options are available. appears when selecting my WPForm entry

 Hello Zapier Community, I'm currently experiencing an issue with integrating the "WPForms" app  in my Zap.I connected and tested WPforms few times. Despite successfully connecting the app to my WPForms account, I'm encountering an error message stating "No options are available." Could anyone kindly assist me in resolving this issue?

ConvertKit to AirTable Zap sending only partial data

I’ve set up a Zap to send Lead Form data from ConvertKit over to AirTable. The records are being created, but only some of the fields are being populated. I’m having inconsistent errors. The test zap sends all the data, but real world lead form fills are not resulting in all the fields being zapped. Why?    Sometimes the Source/Medium/Campaign/Keyword data comes through, and sometimes not. In the testing, everything comes through just fine. So the question is…. why would I only get PARTIAL records being created? For example, only name, email, phone coming through, but no lead form message, no Source data, other fields coming through blank.

How can I schedule my Zap to post on Instagram every two hours?

I currently have a zap set up to post images on Instagram, and I want my zap to run around 10 times a day, so I need it to run every 2  or so hours. I currently have it running on the hourly automation with a delay added, but it just posted in the hour-long time frame. How can I get it to run once every 2 hours

Zap dropdown doesn't show all Jotform fields

I want to update a subscriber in Flodesk with a tag when someone submits a Jotform. For some reason, the dropdown in my Zap won’t show the fields I need (Email + First name).I created exactly the same  zap a few weeks ago and it works fine but when I clone it, the fields no longer show. Same goes when I build it from scratch. Can someone please help? Thanks

Google Drive 'find folder' ignores the exact match and finds similarly named folders - any solution?

Hi I need my zap to find the project folder in the route of a drive..but even though the project folder is right there in the top level of the drive, the ‘find folder’ zap instead finds an obscure folder buried deep in the project folder with a roughly similar name.Presumably this is a bug. Does anyone have a fix, or failing that, a decent workaround? Thanks

Quiz Maker error: The App returned no data found

Hi, I have created a quiz in Interact and have built 4 zaps - one for each response to the quiz. But I cannot turn the Zaps on? they keep turning themselves off and I get an email to say  The App returned no data found. But If I complete a test quiz it does not connect to Zapier because the zap is not on?? Any advice please as to how I can resolve thank you

Message Error: No existing subscriber emails provided

I am sending data from our Typeform Quiz to Sender (e-mail automation) with a Zap.I sometimes manage to update the email group in Sender with testing inside the Zap, it never worked in production, i.e. filling out the Quiz.Thats not the issue right now as my Zap throws an error before. If i test the Zap in Data in it recognizes the data 1) mail, 2) name but on the Data out it shows the error “No existing subscriber emails provided”. This doesn’t make any sense to me. I also have mapped the data (see screenshot). The Zap is published and active in a test environment.Any idea where the problem is? Thanks for your help.Cesare

"You're almost out of tasks" Email from Zapier

I received an email from Zapier with the headline “You're almost out of tasks” and suggesting that I move over to pay per task billing.However, when I log into my zapier account I see that Ive used 20/75 tasks. Am I not understanding something?

Instagram Pro Account not listed in 'Use' field after connecting

I can connect my Instagram professional account on the Zapier site, but it doesn't show up in the 'instagram account to use' field. My Instagram and Facebook accounts are well connected as well.- Do I need to transfer the ownership of the Facebook page to another Facebook account?- Should I try contacting Facebook directly with a suggestion for an update?

Getting an error after upgrade my Airtable to business: Your Airtable account connection is stale

I have payed to somone to create me some Zapps.It is two years that I’m paying to Zapp and it is getting worse and worse. Every time  somthing is worng and stops working,  and I need to do a lot of updates manuly alots of wasted hourseI'm getting this message  After upgrating Airetable to busniss I’m getting this error, when trying to turning one the zapppError turning Zap on: Your Airtable account connection is staleI don’t understand? it not Zappier responsebility to do the coorect ajustment after upgrating?

Zap fails to create WordPress post from Mailchimp campaign after 2 years, "Bargle!" error message

After over 2 year of using this Zap (Mailchimp campaign → Wordpress Post) it has suddenly stop working. Even if I create a new zap from zero, with new connections, it keeps giving me this message when I reach to the “test zap” step: Failed to create a post in WordPressBargle! There was a problem with the data returned from this step! Please contact support. I have tested all of my connections and they are working, I have tried different Mailchimp audiences too. Does anyone have an idea on why did this start to happen suddenly?
