Unable to use Microsoft Teams Events login as Zapier login is different

Zapier login is under a role-based email while Microsoft Teams Events admin is a personal email. 

I couldn’t login the Microsoft Teams Events to connect as it prompts “need admin approval”. However, upon attempt to login the personal email where the Teams Events admin is available, it says “unable to access zap”.

Is there a way to make this work? Simply want to transfer Teams Events registration to the CRM.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting connected to Microsoft Teams Events. As a first step, I recommend checking the guide below with information on permissions and other requirements to connect:
