I currently have a zap set up so that when a new estimate is created in Quickbooks, it automatically creates a new row in Smartsheet and fills in the necessary information. The problem is when I am in Quickbooks and I create a copy of an existing estimate. edit it, and then save it, that new estimate doesn’t seem to count as a “new” estimate.

How can I create a zap that functions the same way as my “new” estimate zap for an estimate that is copied first?

Hi @signall ,

Can you share a screenshot of your Zapier workflow?

Hi @signall, welcome to the Community! 🎉

I wonder if the Updated Estimate QuickBooks Online trigger might be able to see the duplicated estimates? 🤔

Can you give it a try and let us know if that does the trick?
