Date/Time Formatter Error

Hi there - new to Zapier and following some instruction to set up my first Zap. I have gotten to the adding Date/Time in Formatter. When I select Date/Time and then Transform - Format > there is nothing that shows up underneath. No Input / To Format / Timezone / etc. 

Is there something I am not doing correctly.

Hi there - thanks for the follow up. I ended up switching machines, which solved the issue and I was able to input all the information required to complete the step. Unsure why it wasn’t showing on my one laptop but fixed now. Thanks again.

Try these tips:

  • Refresh the Zap
  • Click the button [Refresh Fields]

Try a different device.

I’ve seen a few other recent similar incidents.
