Zapier is ignoring my rule

Hey allAs per attached screenshots, I’ve asked Zapier to only execute the action when the payment description exactly matched “subscription creation”.However, I see that it still executed when the description was “subscription update.” Why is that? Am I missing something?

In Buffer posts scheduled 6 hours behind

This post has been split from this question:Hi @SamB, Sorry for the slew of messages. Just wanted to keep you in the loop. I have managed to get Monday.com to post to buffer. However, the schedule does not synch up properly. Every post is scheduled 6 hours behind for some reason. The minutes are correct. It's just the hours that are out.

I’m trying to update a status colum from “working on it” to “done” when an email is given a certain label in Gmail, but I’m not seeing an option for Update a Status Column Value under the action setup for Monday.com Am I missing that, or is that function under another action option?

Google Sheet to Buffer Not Scheduling Correctly

This is one part general question, one part troubleshooting. I’m currently using a google sheet to draft social media posts which then sync to Buffer via Zapier and buffer then pushes those posts to my social media accounts. In Buffer I have a social media posting schedule created. I first draft in one google sheet and then paste the completed rows into the google sheet that syncs to buffer via zapier (so there are no premature syncs/pushes of data before I finish drafting, plus i can paste links to posts I want to share or whatnot as I come across them and then go back and type up the post text later. So I use the drafting sheet as a way to collate content as well In the google sheet that actually syncs to Buffer, I paste the rows in the schedule order. That is, if in buffer I have 3 post slots for Twitter - Monday at 10 am, Wed at 4 pm, and Friday at noon, then I paste the rows in the sync sheet such that the monday post is row 1, and wed post is row 2, and friday post is post 3 when

Cannot cancel the authorization with LearnWorlds

I wanted to connect my client’s Zapier account to their LearnWorlds account.In a browser window I was logged into their Zapier AND their LearnWorlds account. But instead of connecting to my client’s LearnWorlds account, Zapier connected to my personal LearnWorlds account.It had asked for authorization to connect, which I granted, but then I realized it was connected to MY LearnWorlds account. I removed the App Connection, but every time I want to install it anew it will go to the Account Window for MY LearnWorlds account. Logging in with my credentials for the Client’s LearnWorlds account is not accepted. The popup expects me to put in the details for my own LW account.I have used different browsers, cleared cookies, browser for Zapier as well as LearnWorlds, but it still goes to my account. I noticed help info that you can connect multiple accounts of the same app to Zapier, but it is NOT working. There it also says that once an authorization is given you can remove that authorization

Zapier is not capturing/reading multi select pick list value correctly

I have zap running successfully for  quite sometime, I have recently updated to new Salesforce connecting app provided by Zap. Since then Zap is not reading the Multi Select picklist values correctly. Before this used to be separated by semicolon but now it looks like its separating for both semicolon and comma.   Its processing multiple values without comma but with comma its treating as separate value and this failing the zap. Before this was able to capture all details as below but now its no longer working

Airtable Find Record from Google Sheets not working

I have a Google Sheet with record data, and a similar sheet in Airtable.Airtable has data gets updated data from the Google Sheet.My steps are:On updated Gsheet record, find corresponding record in Airtable, Update Airtable Record.I’m currently struggling with the FIND corresponding record in Airtable.I can’t find the record, even though I KNOW it’s there - I get the Google Sheet field, then do a normal search (Ctrl+F) in Airtable and find the record.The Airtable Record lookup finds other fields, except this one field. YouTube error: Media type 'text/html; charset=utf-8' is not supported

Hello,I cannot figure out how to get Zap to take video url from Google sheet field and upload it to youtube.Google sheet is tested ok (description, title, keyword field tested ok).But zap gives back this error for url field and doesn't upload the file to youtube:Media type 'text/html; charset=utf-8' is not supportedWhat am I doing wrong? The url is a link to Google drive video file. But zap takes it as text.Thank you for any help.

Creating a zap for an unsubscribe in flodesk to activate unsubscribe in bloomerang. I can't get it to work.

I have tried probably 25 times and it seems like it should be simple, but I always get a test fail when I try to make a zap -- trigger event is an unsubscribe in flodesk that I want to activate an update a constituent in bloomerang (with unsubscribe). Thanks!

Phantombuster - Data not found from LinkedIn profile scraper

Hi, I have an issue when I’m setting up my zap.I want to enrich a google sheet file with data from “LinkedIn Profile Scraper” from Phantombuster.Zapier found data but there are not complete. There are no “location”, “email”, “job title” and so on data. Only “status”, “created at” …. data (see attachment below).I launched manually my phantombuster to get new input but the problem is still here.This problem only occurs when I’m triggering new input from “LinkedIn profile scraper”. I have no problem to enrich a google sheet file from the “Linkedin Company scraper” or “Linkedin Company follower”.Did someone have the same issue with this particular Phantom ?Thanks,

Greetings,I have an actions that should create a record on the db, problem is that one of the required columns is a foreign key in the db structure, so it seems that Zapier won’t display it at all and thus the field can’t be filled.Is there anything that can be done?Thank you

The AWeber action wants an email, which doesn't make any sense to me.

I am trying to connect stan store and AWeber through Zapier. When I set up my actions I have my trigger on Stan store as “new customer”. My next action is AWeber, “create subscriber” which then should trigger my email funnel in AWeber but in the AWeber action it wants an email which doesn't make any sense to me and is keeping the program from working I don't know what to do! Please help!

Dropbox: Folder contains more entries than file_limit (4000)

Reading limits of Dropbox, I found this:Folder contains more entries than file_limit (4000)Right now, you can only watch for new files in a Dropbox folder if the folder has less than 4000 items in it. You'll receive a hard-error from Dropbox (and the Zap will not work) as soon as you go over this limit. We're working on increasing this though. Does this mean that I cannot send a file from a folder if this folder has more than 4000? And I cannot upload a file in a folder with more than 4000 files?I mean: what does “watch” mean?Every activity? Tks,Raffaele

"Email: is already taken" (Thrivecart + Zapier + Kajabi)

Hey guys, I ran into an issue this morning: Someone purchased one my courses this morning (through ThriveCart), but because they already had an account in Kajabi - they had already purchased another one of my courses in the past (and that their email already existed in the system), the "ZAP" didn't go through, so it didn't sign them up automatically. Any ideas what we could do to fix this for future purchases? We have many repeat customers who purchase different courses of ours. Thanks.

Transferring Zoom recordings - only the last 6 files from apst month are listed

I created a Zap to upload Zoom recordings to Google Drive. After the Zap created, I tried to transfer the existing recordings. Transfer tool only lists the last 6 files in Zoom, which happens to be created within the last 30 days. It is missing 90 recordings which I can see it Zoom. There are no filters in the Transfer tool that can possibly ignore older files. Is this a bug or a limitation in the transfer tool? Or Am I missing something else? I already disabled passcode and authentication on cloud videos.

Zkipster/Salesforce zap: Field exists in trigger step but not in the action step

Hello,I'm builidng this zap which triggers when a guest is added to a Zkipster event. I'd like the action step to add this contact to a campaign in Salesforce. I've added a search step to look up a campaign in Salesforce which has exact the same name as the event in Zkipster that this guest was added to. So to look up a Campaign in Salesforce by 'Name' field and Search Value is the name of the Zkipster event. However, this is where I have trouble with, because in the action step, there's no event name option. This Event exists in the tripper step, but not in the action step. Here’re the screenshots of the trigger and the action steps.Any advise would be much appreciated.Thanks!

Hello, I am using zapier to build with Gitlab and Notion.i tried to create a trigger with `New Group Merge Request Event` . But, i recieved an email to tell an error -  New Group Merge Request Event in GitLab  An error occured: 404 Not Found. Not sure how to resolve the issue. What i tried, i was sucessful to build with `New Project Merge Request Event in GitLab`. Replace by Group. Then fail.Any advice with it?Thanks.

New Contacts in a HubSpot list are triggering multiple times

Hi I’m having a problem, some of my zaps are being duplicated and some others not, (from within the same Flow) Zap is / problem is:   Zap is simple |New contact on a Hubspot List -> Ringcentral sends an SMS ->  Gmail Sends a Welcome Email.some zaps are normal but some Zaps runs 3 times, 4 times, and Hubspot does not allow duplicated contacts by the way, so there’s no way that the trigger would be fired so many times  , got 1800 zaps in 1 week, this just not working for us.  and we can see 2 duplicated zaps and 4 ok, We got too many duplicated runs, I am making a report with  Runs ID, but now what I spent my 2000 zaps within one week

Find an event keeps returning False even though event exists

Hi, I am using the “Find an event” action (in Google Calendar) and a really simple one. I am just looking for an event that has the word “Premium” in the title. I keep getting False return even though I do have an event with that word. I tried it in so many ways, but was never able to get back True from the Zap run. I am close to giving up on Zapier because of this :( would appreciate any help.

Zapping bookings/Time off into Resource Guru

Hi, has anyone had any success setting up a zap which transfers new bookings or time off days into Resource Guru, where the resource name is in the table which the zap is triggered from, and new bookings/time off could arise for any employee? At the moment when I try set this up, I have to select the resource name from a dropdown list of resources when setting up the zap, such that all new bookings would go to that employee, regardless of the employee name listed in the source table.I tried changing to a custom resource name when setting up the zap, but get an error 404 when I select the name field in my source table for this. Someone suggested using the resource guru assigned IDs and adding this column to my source table, to use as a custom ‘resource’ value, but I can’t find how to extract this list from Resource Guru, and I’m not sure if this would work as the resource guru IDs aren’t listed along with resource name in the drop down list I am given.Any ideas would be very appreciated

Trying to update a Trello card and can't even get the math right

I am trying to set up a Zap that updates a field on a Trello card by adding the total price when a Shopify order is placed. I have tried two layers of formatting to try to get it to recognize the numbers as numbers, but it’s still saying only numeric values are accepted. Please help. I’m at my wits’ end, and I can’t keep shouting “they are numbers!” at my screen and hoping it works.The values:The attemptWhat it’s telling me:The resultsThe trigger is a Shopify order. This pulls a custom field on a Trello card. It is then meant to add the total price to the value of this custom field and update it on the card, but I have the workaround steps of formatting the field contents into a number and then removing the commas from that formatting. Linking to SmartSurvey

Firstly - no technical knowledge, I’ve trawled Google and here but have reached the end of my capabilities.I’m trying to re-link a zap to Smart Survey, it’s worked for years but suddenly stopped.Zapier says that the Smart Survey account is out of date, it’s not, as far as I know.  I have re-entered the username and password for SS but get an error message saying authentication failed, ensure your API token and token secret are correct.I’ve checked SS and there is an active API set up for Zapier and the survey I’m trying to connect to has all the permissions allowed to share the results, but I still get the same error message in Zapier.Any suggestions (in very easy layman’s terms please).  Thank you
