So, I’m trying to automate the process of a form being submitted, a Google Doc gets created with all the data, chat gpt takes the data and writes a book on the data given, then it is put into a new document which is then emailed to myself to notify me. Nothing I can do works, I get multiple errors from chat GPT and it has never successfully went through it and done what I needed it to. I’ve tried many things and don’t know what I’m doing. What are some potential causes or considerations? Also I get a different error no matter what I do.

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab

For the ChatGPT/OpenAI Conversation step, you should be using the Files section. (see screenshot below)

Reference the tooltip notes.

 

For the User Message, remove the link to the PDF.

 

 

 

 


So how do I get the data from the PDF into the user message?
