I’m trying to set up a zap from a Webhook (contact 7 form on wordpress site) to Zoho. When I run a test, nothing shows up in Zoho. I think the problem is that the Zoho CRM says Premium (see screenshot below). I’ve upgraded to a paid plan (professional pla) so I don’t know what the problem is. Please help! thanks!

Premium Zap app integrations require a paid Zapier plan in order to turn the Zap ON.

 

When testing Zap steps the apps usually return an ID value as a data point that you can use to check the record in the app.

 

Try turning your Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history for activity and to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step.

Just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on. Were you able to get to the bottom of what was preventing the entries from appearing in Zoho CRM?

If not, can you share a screenshot of the Configure section of that Zoho action:

That’ll help us to see if there’s any issues with the set up of that action that might be preventing the info from being added to Zoho. Make sure to blur/remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) before sharing using a tool like Zappy.
