When testing the trigger “Phone call completed” with Synthflow, I keep getting this error message:

Unable to pull phone calls

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "The service Backend for React API - List Calls [BE] [DATA] just returned an error (HTTP 400). My app, trigger event, account (API Key), and model ID are all inputted.

Seems you need to contact Synthflow because you need to setup your account in a way to enable the calls to be retrieved.


I have the API key inputted, that doesn’t suffice?


If you can provide a screenshot of this Trigger in Edit mode that would be best, I need to see if there is any fields you are missing maybe.

When the app asks you for the Model ID, are you sure its the correct ID? You might wanna check that on SynthFlow side
