Syncing Shopify Form entries with Hubspot using Zapier

We want to publish a newsletter signup popup on our website using Shopify Forms, and then have zapier take that person’s email and automatically add it to our newsletter list in Hubspot. I’m running into some issues because Zapier recommends doing “New Customer Added” as the trigger, but it needs to be for old customers too as they may come to the site and complete the form.

Any solutions?

Hi @kylewatkins10,

Welcome to the Community,

You're looking to automatically add emails from a Shopify Forms newsletter popup to your HubSpot list, covering new and existing customers. Instead of using the "New Customer Added" trigger, try triggering your Zap from the form submission itself, either through a direct Shopify Forms Zapier integration or a webhook if supported. Use Zapier's "Catch Hook" trigger to capture form data, apply filters if needed, and use HubSpot's "Create or Update Contact" action to ensure emails are properly added or updated. Be sure to test your setup, and if issues persist, reach out to Shopify Forms or Zapier support for further help.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.
