Spamcheckai error

I am trying to utilize spamcheckai to filter out spam entries.

I’ve been able to connect the account, but run into an error when I go to test the connection. I’ve disconnected and tried again, several times to no avail.

Thank you!

Yes, it was resolved. I think that when I started the Zap there were a slew of spam attempts, which was driving the flags. It is now working properly.

Hi @kchobb

Apps often have API rate limits.

The error indicates you need to wait before trying to test that Zap step to get back below the rate limits.

If the issue persists, try reaching out to SpamCheck.ai Support for help.

Hi @kchobb 👋

Was it just a temporary issue in hitting SpamCheck.ai’s API rate limits, or is the Zap still running into that same error?

Want to make sure this gets sorted so please keep us updated on how things are going!
