Facebook Lead Ads - Cannot Publish Zap

I am trying to publish a Zap that triggers when a new Meta lead is created but get the following error in the ‘Status’ area: 

1. New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads

Cannot publish Zap

Update the step to the latest app version.

The app is the latest version, I have all possible admin permissions on Meta, and I have tried the (for Business admins) version of the app and it sill won’t publish.

 

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
