Hi everyone,I was hoping if anyone could help me with this issue. I’m trying to setup a contact form where certain inquiries will be sent to certain email addresses. There are currently two emails (careers@ and info@) but they both are alias for abc@. Zapier isn’t letting me adding those two aliases and only letting me adding abc@. Would you be able to advise if this can be resolved? Am I able to add zaps to aliases going to the same Gmail account?Thanks!

Hi, I am interested in enabling our customers with integrations via Zapier. I could not find a suitable plan that allows a company to manage zaps for other companies, but this is what we’d like to do as an offering for our customers.For now, it sounds like the closest thing to what we’re looking for is the company plan, and each team can then be set up as a workspace for our customers.Overall, our company intends to build zaps to make things work. However, we do not want our customers to share passwords and other credentials with us, and would prefer if customers entered that on their own into Zapier, and we have our development team then build around the app/connection.I initially searched for programmatic ways for us to create app/connections via API, so that we can provide the UX to input these details, but it does not look like this exists. Is there a way to move a file from a specific folder in google drive to another folder periodically. The first folder (source folder) might contain multiple files, so I want zapier to randomly select 1 file at a time and move it to the destination folder then wait for (say) 6 hours and repeat the process for another file.I would really appreciate the help.

I am trying to set up a paid section in my discord channel. I am looking to add a reoccurring subscription button linked to paypal. When the customer signs up for the subscription service and competes a successful sale in paypal then zapier would assign them a premium role.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
HELP my account is disabled I cant login to Zapier.com what do i do? I have no idea what to do and can’t find any help articles about it. I had to register a new account to even make this post. I am a regular user so I’m blown away and caught off guard. This is for one of my clients that sells metal buildings online and I am the only one that has access to the account but yet when I try to login at Zapier.com it says my account is disabled. The forgot password never sends me an email to reset password. Does anyone have any idea what to do? Please help.
Hello! I just created a zap that triggers whenever you receive an email, edits some placeholder values, and sends it through. I've been trying to send the HTML version, but the inline images are not displaying when I send it through. Does anyone know how I can make this work? There are no attachements displayed in the zap and if i remove step 2, it's still not working.

Hello,My goal is to add/sync all existing and new contacts from Contacts+ to a Mailchimp Audience using the Trigger “New Contact in Contacts+”. The Audience in Mailchimp is currently empty.I keep running into the error 400 “Required field "Subscriber Email" (email) is missing“.I’ve read everything in the web but I cant wrap my hear around the meaning of: “ The email address of the subscriber you want to subscribe to this audience. Please don't type an email address in this field, instead this should use a value from a previous step in your Zap”. Ive tried to “map” this "Subscriber Email" field to how Contacts+ is internally naming the column of emails “E-mail 1 - Value”. Ive also inserted Data: “1. Work Email:”. No success. The only way I get the Test Action successful when I enter a concrete email address, but this in not the way to go.Can you please tell me what is, in my case, this value and in which previous step? Or otherwise help to achieve my goal.Thank you,Rando
I have a list of items and each item has a field which contains an array of numbers. But when it runs each iteration contains all values for this array type field.This is the loop action (this has 2 items in the parent array, thats why it shows two arrays with numbers) These are its iterations (expected values were only 93, 94, 95, but it shows all values from all iterations) In each iterations, this field contains all the values we recieved.Is there any way to overcome this issue? Hi,I’m trying to create a trigger wich fires when an event in my Google Calendar was found. I have created an event called “Survey Podcasts” in my calendar. It ist just 30 Minutes in front of my. Then I create a ZAP an put in a trigger on my calendar with a search term containing “Survey Podcasts”. But the trigger test doesn’t find that event.It only finds the event when searching for “Survey”.Does anyone know about this? Best RegardsDreiBaer

I don’t see a specific app integration for this but is there any ‘fancy’ way of getting the data using Zapier?Its a lot of manual effort to manage the leads in Google Local Services Ads platform while managing other lead sources in my CRM.Any help would be fantasic!

I have actually posted a similar question to this before. I have changed my criteria slightly, so am wondering if anyone knows an app that can work for me, or if a developer can offer me a custom service. In short, we ask people to complete surveys and in exchange we sum/average their data points and provide feedback for them, i.e. “Your average was 3.4 out of 5. You should do XXX”. Right now, we extract the data from Qualtrics, put it into Excel, generate the chart and insights, PDF and send. Very manual and slow! The experience I want:User completes a survey (Qualtrics - we have paid subscription so can use Zaps) Behind the scenes the numbers are crunched and the chart created. We’re using Gravity forms to populate monday.com for CRM leads. Everything is working but we’d like to assign multiple tags to the item based on several fields from the form but the data fields are being merged into one tag in monday.We’ve tried separating the data fields with a space, comma, and hard return but they are always merged into one tag. Surely this is possible?This is how it’s currently setup:
I am having a repeated issue where we can ‘find’ the right file, but subsequent zap steps cannot read or access it to complete their tasks. Finding the file goes just fine... The file is selected in ‘existing files’. But the response always yields a cannot read error. What am I doing wrong?
Hi everyone ! I am trying to do a zap with Google sheet. Indeed my Google sheet has 2 columns headers. The first one is already filled with Names and I would like to fill automatically (with a zap) the second columns with Names. It is important for me that the 2 datas are on the same rows so I cannot use the “add rows” and i have at least 50 names therefore I cannot use the “update a row” action too. Do you know what can I do to filled this second column to have my datas of my two columns on the same rows ? Thank you all for reading,
