We’re using Gravity forms to populate monday.com for CRM leads. Everything is working but we’d like to assign multiple tags to the item based on several fields from the form but the data fields are being merged into one tag in monday.

We’ve tried separating the data fields with a space, comma, and hard return but they are always merged into one tag. Surely this is possible?

This is how it’s currently setup:

Hi @Stuff

Good question.

Please clarify what Monday Zap action you are trying to use as it’s not clear by the provided screenshot.

And please clarify what type of Monday field is being used for “Tags”.

From testing, it appears only 1 Tag can be created at a time.

Tags in Monday utilize IDs.

You may have to use the Monday API to handle Tags.

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app.

Hi @Stuff

Add a comma between the tags so they are created as separate tags.

@MohSwellam

Unfortunately, comma separating the Tags does not work.

Oh ok, weird.

Not a big Monday fan 😆

👋🏾 @Stuff Do you still need help getting this Zap up and running?
