The src of an IMG tag need to be a link to a publicly accessible image file.

@Troy Tessalone well, in the example above, I take an html body from an email and use that body to send it again. Then the IMG tag is invalid. Is there a way to take the html body from the email (first step) and keep the IMG tag valid?

The Zap trigger step would have to have the HTML img srcs pointed to publicly hosted links.
Looks like either the HTML img src formats are pointing to some referenced id for the image (e.g. cid:XXX) and/or Outlook is doing some sort of conversion to the HTML while sending/receiving.
