Hii, I’m Darshan Hiranandani, How can i effectively integrate third-party APIs into our web applications to enhance functionality? I’m eager to hear your insights and suggestions.
I have linked a Facebook page with a linked Instagram business account to Zapier. When I go through the login process I ensure that all permissions are enabled, and verified that it is in fact a business account, and the the account is linked to the Facebook page I have logged in with. As I click through the login process the Instagram for Business account is selected as one of the accounts to give Zapier permission to access. When I build the zap and reach the menu where I choose the Instagram account to publish a photo to, there is nothing listed in the drop down. I have tried refreshing, I have tried linking the account over and over and tried it in a private browser. I also tried manually entering the Instagram Account name in the field where it asks for which account to use but none of these work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am setting up an integration between Gmail and Notion and there are issues:Selecting which gmail label to send: In Gmail i have a label called Notion and sub-labels for each of my clients. When setting up the zap and selecting what to send over from the label there are multiple labels listed, such as INBOX, IMPORTANT, PERSONAL, Notion, Notion/Client1 and it sends them all over. Is it possible to only want to send over the label with Notion/ in front of it? Or better yet would be possible for it to select Notion/Client1 and then only send over the text after the “/” (i.e. Client1)? Filtering out message history: by default the text from the body that is being sent over includes the message history. Is there a way to filter that out? Or maybe filter out lines preceded by >?
I’m trying to create what should be a simple Zap. I want to have clients upload documents to Dropbox through a share link and then move the documents to a Sharepoint folder at our company’s Sharepoint. There is an existing zap for this. The Dropbox connection is fine and works, but the Sharepoint connection always gets a 404 error even though it is seen in the Zap builder. I’ve changed the folder in Sharepoint to “anyone with a link can edit” but it doesn’t seem to be able to place the Dropbox file there.
I have a problem with connecting Monday CRM with Zoho books, the items that I added to Monday should move automatically to Zoho books, but the problem is, that item moves not full, moves only name and last name, but I have a lot of additional information like address, phone number and a lot more, and this data don't moving to Zoho, please let me know how can I fix this problem.
Goal: To clone and existing working Zap that integrates with Klaviyo to add new subscribers.I have an existing working Zap that is updating a list in Klaviyo via an optin page (using a Webhook) in Optimize Press.I attempted to duplicate the working Zap, created a new webhook, added that webhook to a new optin page in Optimize Press and for some reason none of the emails arrive into the list from the optin page.I am seeing one email in the list and I believe it was the test email done when editing the Zap to make sure everyting was configured properly.I am receiving just a first name and email address and when I try the old optin page to the old list, it works fine but the new optin page to the new list in Klaviyo does not receive any records.I’m baffled and need some guidance on what to check for. I created a simple zap to send an email from an SMS message. Very low output to a group of people. However, anyone can “Visit this link to stop these emails:” because a link is added to the email that I don’t want. How can I remove this link before it get’s sent?

Hello everyone! I'm integrating Typeform responses into Zendesk tickets, but I need the ticket creation to exclude any empty responses. Currently, I'm constructing the Zendesk ticket as a public comment using HTML to map out the questions and answers. However, the static HTML box includes all responses by default, including empty data. How can I ensure that only answered data is included, and empty responses are omitted in the Zendesk ticket creation process? As you can see here, since no answer in Power pack troubleshoot was submitted I’d like the ticket to not include that data. This is how the responses get populated on Typeform. I’d like to have something similar on a zendesk ticket Thank you!
Hii, I am having trouble connecting my squarespace form to my flodesk segment. That when someone registers on my site. I get an email but the email from Flodesk isnt sent to them. Unless I go in manually and add that lead to the segment. That i have already set up with my zap

I have a few Zaps that send emails to myself (i.e. a list of upcoming client birthdays). I’d noticed that I hadn’t seen any emails for a while and logged into my domain’s cPanel and noticed that emails sent from zapiermail.com are being blocked… but only for some of the Zaps. I receive the expected email from some zaps, but not others.I inquired with my host’s support and they told me: Zapier's sending IP addresses are on blocklists... SORBS and UCEPROTECTL1This is something those senders have to clear up. JunkMail rejected - m70-147.zapiermail.com [166.78.70.147]:41400 is in an RBL: Blocked - see https://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?166.78.70.147 Any idea how to fix this? It strikes me as odd that this is suddenly an issue - I’ve never had issues receiving email from zapiermail.com until recently.

Hi, I have a zap where when a new customer is added, it is supposed to add their info into ZohoOne Campaigns (ZO's email marketingplatform). But the zap breaks a lot. For some reason, it runs every time there is a new sale and not just when I manually create a newcustomer. How do I fix this?
I am trying to create module entries in Zoho CRM based on a form entry in Zoho Form. This is usually straightforward, but within the Zoho Form there is an option to add multiple line items through a subform - each new line item has 4 corresponding fields as each is a new customer, First Name, Last Name, Email and Job Title. I would like each subform entry to be added as a new module entry in the CRM (having first checked whether the customer record exists already based on their email address). When I align the subform fields from the Zoho Forms entry with the appropriate fields to Zoho CRM, rather than creating a new entry for each subform line, all of the subform entries appear as a list separated by commas, e.g. rather than creating separate records for “Mara”, “Tom”, “Avi”, and “Nick”, a single record is created with the first name “Mara, Tom, Avi, Nick”. We have multiple newly created zaps and an older zap that are all turning off automatically. No errors show when we testing the zap. We are on a paid Pro plan. Not all of our older zaps have started turning off but we fear this is going to start happening if we edit those at all.
