I would like to have Invoices created in Xero, which are currently synced to Hubspot, to be linked with a Deal of the same name. Currently Xero is integrated using the Hubspot markeplace integration, this hands contacts and invoice sync.Zapier is currently using new Xero Invoice to create a Deal in Hubspot, and update once paid to close.Currently the Invoice and Deal that relate to the same sale, are not linked. I want to fix this.Invoices don’t appear to be an available trigger. Eg. ‘New Invoice Created’ in Zapier.Invoices also don’t appear in an associated search of the Contact that has an Invoice.Any advice, is this possible?
Hey, how can I connect specific Sendlane list with Aweber? Only option I see is “contact saved” but I need to trigger only if contact is added to specific list on Sendlane then add to specific list on Aweber. Is that possible?
Hi there, we have a zap that is triggered when a HubSpot deal reaches closed won. When that happens, we want to get a record of all the contacts related to the deal with an association label of ‘consultant.’ When I use the ‘Get Contacts’ HubSpot action, it doesn’t pick up on their association label (they show as null even when not null), and even if it did, it is it obvious how to separate out which contact(s) are the consultant and which have different labels. Has anyone been able to solve this?

I want to use an acounting program which is internet based. They donn’t have an integration in Zapier or an integration for google calendar. The accounting program is important for me , since it is Netherlands based and it regulates a lot of stuff with the dutch taxlaws in mind. Using an american based accounting app is not useful. I have been using invoice ninja for my invoices, and have them integrated with google calendar, so that everytime a calendar appointment ends, it autmatically generates an invoice in invoice ninja. I asked if this can be done in that dutch accoutning program as well. They told me they donn’t have any integrations but…..the can give me their API , so I can have a developer build the integration. I think I should be able to do that using zapier. But how? Is there anybody who can tell me anything about this?

I had a huge delay with the ‘instant’ trigger for google sheets (over two hours at times).I was told to switch to a Shared Drive and use that trigger, as then my guaranteed 2-minute polling interval applies.Now I’m still getting a delay of over an hour, and I’m told ‘One thing to clarify is that even though the polling interval for the 'New or Updated Spreadsheet Row (Shared Drive)' trigger should indeed follow the plan limits, the actual performance can still be affected by factors beyond our control, such as the Google Sheets API's responsiveness’.Of course this wasn’t mentioned before I spent £300 upgrading my google workspace. So my question is--is this really likely to be the issue? Is this a known problem, where thousands of companies PAY to use google sheets integration with Zapier and it only kinda works sometimes? As much as I hate when companies charge you for tech support and then try to crowdsource it so their customers do it for them, I am at my wits end so hoping someone here can help me. I have been going back and forth with tech support for a week and I’ve gotten worse than nowhere. For context, I pay for the Zapier plan where I get email tech support and a 2-minute polling interval.This issue concerns what I would think is a pretty simple zap set up. First, outside of Zapier, Typeform quiz results get sent to Google sheets. There is a linked sheet that calculates a result for the quiz. The zap is supposed to be triggered when there is a new or updated row in the calculator sheet. It filters the result, then updates or adds the subscriber to Mailerlite in a specific group. As there are four possible results to the quiz and four separate groups to be added to, I created four separate zaps. At first it worked, but I was getting like a half an hour delay between the sheet updating and the su
The quality of the tech support I’ve received from this company is so incredibly poor. They don’t read your email, then kick the can down the road with the most obvious ‘answer’, usually a pointer to a page that is only glancing realted to your query or which the query already shows is not reelvant, after which you have to wait 24 hours. After several so-called fixes failed to correct the issue with my google sheets polling interval, I was finally punted to a manager--who ignored the entire backstory and suggested it was probably typefiorm error-=-when I had proven that with screenshots multiple times. After which I get to wait another 24 hours for the privilege of a non-response. Blame someone else, kick the can down the road, take zero responsibility, collect $$. Great business model!

My client has a Quiz on tryinteract.com - and would like this linked with her Kartra account.The problem is that I don’t see “tryinteract.com” on the list of apps. I’m very new to Zapier and I have no idea what to do to connect the contact info of the people completing the quiz to Kartra.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried using chat & opening a ticket starting last week, but haven’t received any response. What is the best way to get issue support on Zapier?Now for the issue I am trying to resolve.I am not seeing the workspaces in Motion Zap steps, they were there the first day I started testing early last week. I left the Zap I created as is with the Sales Workspace connected but even in that Zap it's not showing any of the other workspaces available. And that Zap still works, just tested it. I have no issues with the connection, see below, but also have removed the connection and readded it with no change in results.
Hello! I´ve been trying to export all my google contacts into a Notion database but as not all the contacts are new nor have updates none of the triggers defined work for me.I´ve even tried creating a tag (group) in google contacts, tagging all my contacts with that “tag” and setting the zapier trigger in “New group” but it doesn´t work either.I want to be able to synchronize my google contacts with my notion database from now on (new contacts and updates in google contacts to be synchronize on my notion database), and for doing that I think I need the google id for each contact, which is the field “original id”.I´ve also tried deleting all my contacts from google contacts and “creating” them again using a google contacts csv file I have previously generated with all my contacts (before deleting them). Having done this, I use the zap with the trigger “new contact” and it uploads around 400 of the 973 contacts, but after doing that It just stops and doesn´t upload new contacts in notion

I have a rss feed that needs authentication using username and password, the image links that are pulled also need the same authentication with password and username.Google drive is not able to download from the link as it is protected. How do I get live support in Zapier? I have the pro plan, and frankly, I can’t reach anyone but a bot that does not work. They say to email them but then provide no email.
I’m new to working with workflows. I’m trying to connect my Jack Rabbit class account to my Enrollio platform to increase automation and tracking. I’m not sure I have my Zap set up right because I’m not seeing new accounts made in Jack Rabbit showing up in Enrollio. Is there someone who can help me see what I’m missing. I’m trying to create a tag on these new account from the enrolled status.
Hey Zap-hive-mind, I work for a not-for-profit which has quite a large regular donor base. We use Salesforce as our database, and an issue we always come up against is out of date contact info for donors who have been with us for years. We usually always have at least one correct point of contact - phone, email, address etc. Would there be a way to use a Zapier interface to get donors to provide updated contact information that would match and then prioritize the new contact info?Secondly, is there a way to have a personalized URL pull that donors info from Salesforce and then the donor is able to see which incorrect details we have and update them? Uploading CSV (Formatter) to Zapier Table (Find or Create) doesn't process individual lines, instead I get one line with all the values comma separated:In this case I’m trying to find or create by Employee Number - but as you can see it just gives one long string with each of the values for that column in the file. I am trying to update rows of an existing Gsheet worksheet on receiving a trigger. Basically, I am sending a webhook which is captured by the trigger. The payload contains a list (array) of dictionary which contains two important items,`contactId` - this I need to match in the existing worksheet, it should be present in a column `outcome` - this is what I need to add to another col for the matching `contactid`I tried using “Lookup Spreadsheet Rows” where I was trying to find all rows with matching `contactid`. I thought once I have the `rowsids`, I can use it in “Update Spreadsheet Row(s)...” with the `outcome` values. But it is not working - I am stuck on setting the “Lookup value” of “Lookup Spreadsheet Rows” which seems to be not accepting an array, but only a single value! Is there any other way to handle this?Thanks!
