I work for a not-for-profit which has quite a large regular donor base. We use Salesforce as our database, and an issue we always come up against is out of date contact info for donors who have been with us for years.
We usually always have at least one correct point of contact - phone, email, address etc.
Would there be a way to use a Zapier interface to get donors to provide updated contact information that would match and then prioritize the new contact info?
Secondly, is there a way to have a personalized URL pull that donors info from Salesforce and then the donor is able to see which incorrect details we have and update them?
