How to use Zapier to connect specific Sendlane lists with specific Aweber lists?

Hey, how can I connect specific Sendlane list with Aweber? Only option I see is “contact saved” but I need to trigger only if contact is added to specific list on Sendlane then add to specific list on Aweber. Is that possible?
