I would like to trigger an action when someone buys a specific product or has a specific tag in Shopify. Either one will work, but I can not figure out how to do either. Can someone tell me which of these, if any, works and how to accomplish this? Thank you.

I know a version of this question has been asked already, but please humor me, as I try to take another angle.GOAL: After a meeting has ended (Cal.com) an html-coded email is sent to the user giving them the choice to move that user’s data from one platform to the next. THE CHALLENGE: That email is coded in html, which has javascript that connects back to Zapier using webhooks. However as we know, and as I now know, email clients disable Javascript for security reasons.STUCK: Because these email are unique for each meeting and because I can’t use an email to run the Javascript, I figured that I would need to create an html file /webpage that I can link to in the email, such that once that html page is rendered, or opened, the javascript executes. I can successfully create the html file with Files by Zapier. ACTUAL QUESTION: Does anyone know where (any Zapier-supported services)  I can upload that file to such that I can get a URL that renders on the web and that can be linked to? Hi! I need to get some file from my private S3 bucket and attach it to a email and send it.I see there is an option to upload files to S3 but there is no predefined way to download it (it’s an image smaller than 4MB). I have tried using the AWS SDK but it has been impossible to get the file content. (The bucket is private so it cannot be downloaded from an URL as you may think)Am I doing something wrong? is this possible to achieve? what do you recommend?

I have a GravityForm Version 2.8.14 plugin. I created the REST API Key pairs (consumer key and consumer secret) Added the domain name and keys to connect the Gravityform to my Zap. When I connecting, it doesn’t give any errors on the  modal. But after closing the modal is gives me this error. This auth is expired. Please reconnect it here.What’s the problem and how to fix this?Thank you

Hi there, a newbie with a couple of (I hope) straightforward questions.I’m struggling to figure out how to automatically repost an uploaded image (in any channel) to a specific channel. Having issues with 2 areas in particular:I’ve set the event to ‘New File’ - but how can I detect if it’s an image, as opposed to any file type? I’m using the Send Channel Message in Slack trigger, but how do I actually repost the image?  Thanks!

HelloI am using Zapier to post property listings to Facebook from our Wordpress RSS feed.  This works great, however, when a property is removed from our site (and therefore is no longer in the RSS feed) we would like Zapier to remove the corresponding Facebook page post  (or at least make an update to add the appropriate update text e.g. SOLD.) How can we do that? Edit: I saw this post asking for the same thing:  

Hello all, I am fairly new to Zapier and have encountered a snag whilst try to make a Zap which I feel should be fairly straight forward.  The purpose of this Zap is for when a certain Column in Google sheets is updated to “yes” a message sends in Slack.  The name of this Column is Trigger1.  Zapier seems to have no issues finding the spreadsheet and the correct Column but the Filter function keeps showing the same error message when i am testing it.  I have tried to add a Formatter Line-item to text but this encounters the same issues.  I have included some screenshots below - I would be grateful if a Zapier whizz could take a look and give me a nudge in the ridge direction.  Many thanks, Michael

Has anyone been experiencing an issue with using the Facebook Leads App since July 10th?Nothing has changed within Zapier or the ads which have been generating leads, but since after July 10th, none of the Zaps which are using the Facebook Lead app are automatically triggering when a new FB lead comes in. I work with numerous different clients who are all generating leads using Facebook Lead ads and then use Zapier to capture the lead and push it into an email system & CRM and also send out some notifications. It’s very strange that it’s happened all at the same time across multiple clients. I have rebuilt the Zaps from scratch but they are still not automatically triggering when new leads come in. I can’t see any app notifications about needing to upgrade the apps within Zapier and when you test the app connection, it all works fine. There is nothing within the Zap history that shows that the zap has errored. Found this post, but I’m looking for a bit more information.  As a workaround to the reaction trigger not working when you specify a private channel I have a few zaps where I just leave the channel field blank which allows the reaction to trigger in private channels. I’m seeing some odd behavior If I set the channel for the trigger to a private channel the trigger doesn’t work. I expected this based on the help text for that field Only triggers on reactions added on messages in this public channel. Only channels you are a member of will appear in this list. If you can't find your channel, click the Load More button or switch to the Custom tab and enter the channel's ID. Once live, the trigger will work even if you are not a member of the channel. If I leave the channel field blank the trigger has been working in ANY public channel and SOME private channels I haven’t been able to figure out what has made it function in some of our private channels, but not others. Hello all,I have an issue setting up GoCanvas corrrectly with Google sheets. I created a checklist in GoCanvas for in house services for the individual products. My goal is to import every checked product to a single row.Right now, the products get listed all in one google sheets cell, separated with a “,”.Not only the serial number, but also the product name, hospital, date, ect. are displayed separated by a comma.Is it possible to list one product per row? Even if various products are being checked in one day and the information like hospital, date, etc. repeats itself?Can someone of you please tell me how I can set up the “row per product” view in google sheets?I would appreciate your help.Thank you very much.

Hi community, I am trying to create a Zap that automatically posts candidate information in a Notion Dashboard, when a new candidate is added to Teamtailor. I am trying to import a series information from new candidates when they are added into Teamtailor, using the “Create Candidate” event. However, only one record is found and this one looks like a template, which is not one of our candidates. No other candidates can be found, and when the Zap is deployed it doesn’t import any new candidates.See picture for details. Thank you in advance🤞

Hi Community, I am trying to extract the data from excels that attached by emails to a new row of google sheet. I uploaded the excel to google drive, and then converted it to CSV format. However, for some reason I am not able to read the CSV, it returned “The CSV file couldn't be read, usually due to an encoding issue. Error message: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xa6 in position 10: invalid start byte". I tried other encoding method, but none of them worked. I wonder how should I solve this problem? Or is there alternative ways (or easier ways) to do so? Thank you  

I'm attempting to build and send pardot list Emails with HTML content via zapier. if i truncate the HTML content it will schedule at around 2800 characters. I'm assuming this is an api request size limitation?  I get an "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '@attributes')" error. but it will work if i gradually reduce the character count of the html to below 2880. is there any way around this? can i reference a public html document in the request or compress or split the request? this is such a frustrating error, and makes the send list email function worthless. 

Hi there, I have an issue with looping step when converting a scanned pdf to a searchable one using pdf.co. I have a list of different URLs for scanned PDF that are processed with the loop app, as I thought that step 8-11 will be running separately for each URL. However, checking the log in step 10, the URLs seem to be submitted together to pdf.co (the pdf is public, so no problem that the url is visible here): As a result, the step is timing out and the zap does not finish. I think it is because he tries to work on all URL’s at the same time. I do have a problem now finding the solution because I need to understand if the problem is within the loop or not…Hoping for some help here :-) Thanks

Hi Zapier Community,I was trying to create a zap that would send notification to my Google group chat every time I send emails from Hubspot. I set the trigger as “New Email Event on HS”, status as “SENT”. Since it is a marketing email and I have a list of 100 people, and zap sends 100 notifications to the group chat. Is there any way to go around it? or how can we tune a zap to treat it as 1 email?Thank you so much in advance.

Hi,I am trying to create a Zap that generates a keap invoice from a shopify order.The first problem I run into is that Zapier insists on the Product ID in order to generate a line item for a Keap Invoice--but the product ID is of course completely internal to Keap and is not something I can get from Shopify. Is there absolutely no way to select a product by name? (I have exactly matching product names in Keap and Shopify)If not, then how would this zap EVER be useful? No external App would ever know the randomly (or sequentially) assigned Keap Product ID!!!! I had the same problem when trying to pick a contact from Keap, where Zapier insits on the internal contact ID, but here the solution seems to be to insert a “find contact in keap” command first which does allow to find the contact by another (likely to be) unique field (email in my case)But there does not seem to be a “find product” command PS: I am open to someone developing this for us for a price, but only want to explore this

HI,I created a  Google Ads Leads form to Google Sheets zap for two Google Ad accounts.Acciount 1 is running fine.But for Account 2, I do not see the zap running and fetching new leads. When I manually download the leads from Google Ads, I see new lead data. But the zap is not fetching it and adding it to the sheet.I edited the zap, updated the Google ads module (it said some new update) and then recreated the steps. But no luck.Any reason why?  

Good morning, I have a Zap that automatically generates links in Google Sheets for images that are uploaded to Dropbox. When the links are first created, they seem to work fine and can be posted to Facebook + Google My Business in a separate Zap.However, the day after the links are generated, we receive errors when attempting to use them. Here’s the Zap that pastes the links in the sheet: Here are the errors that I’m receiving when attempting to open the images (usually a day later).  Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m not really sure where to go from here. Thanks!

The option to require registration is not offered through the Zap editor. When I test ‘Create Meeting in Zoom’, it creates meetings without registration.Is this a setting I need to change in Zoom? If so, where is it? I’m not finding it in the account settings. Any tips or workarounds on how to ‘Create Meeting in Zoom’ that requires registrations are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The English translation can be awkward.I'm currently using a Facebook lead ad connection.However, data omission has been occurring all of a sudden since this month. I checked and found that there is also an omission in the Meta Business Suite webpage table.If you download and check csv or xls without seeing it directly on the webpage, there is no omission.It is confirmed that data missing in the record appears during the test process when linking Facebook lead advertisements. However, we couldn't get that data when we actually used it.Can't I get data from the entire information that contains missing information and not from the Meta Business Suite webpage basis? Among the posts below, there is one that seems to be a similar case, but in my case, the omission is only happening in the data on the IG platform.I'd appreciate your help.
