Unable to reconnect to Flodesk

Hi we  have  this  error  at  the  top of our dashboard

Action needed: 1 held Zap runs

These 1 Zap runs will be held until October 17, 2024. You can replay Zap runs individually or in bulk.

  1. Reconnect Flodesk photos@griffinmuseum.org #7 to your Zapier account.
  2. Replay this Zap run. You can choose to play them individually or in bulk.

If i  click  the link to  reconnect to  Flodesk i login just  fine  and  give it  zapier  permission to  access my  flodesk acct

 

However  on the  same  page  when i  test the  connection  it always  seems  to  fail and  the  red reconnect button is  still appearing

 

I  feel like im missing something-  but  what?
