  • To get an email when specific a specific question in a Google Forms receive data

I receive up to 50 feedback answers from volunteers each week. Most of the content is usefull ‘big data’ that is ananlized and used. However one of the questions to our volunteers is asking if they have any comments to us (the organisation behind their work). It would be nice to be able to get an e-mail when that specific question is answerd for faster reply to the person.

The form responses enters a google sheet so the Zap could also be created based on the specific Google Sheet cell.
 

To be very precise: It is easy for me to get the system to send and email based on ‘New spredsheet row’ but can this be reduced to ‘only when specific cell contains information’.

Yes, that is possible. 

 

You can use Filters by Zapier (Add a condition. Proceed the Zap only when comments are added.

Now in next action, add Gmail → Send email step
