My idea is to get a phone call whenever BTC price drops below a certain level. The Zap is turned on without warnings, however, for some reason there is no action. I use Twilio account to get a phone call and its working fine. I’m attaching a screenshot - if you see any flaws please let me know.Simon

Im trying to build a zap Zap that allows answers from TypeForm to trickle in to Wix members database and create a new member including all the replies. The suggestion from Zapier is: Trigger 1. New Entry in Typeform  Wix Answers logo Action 2. Create or Update User in Wix AnswersAll is good still here, but then I can’t for my life find how to do the following steps that Zapier suggest. I can’t even find this area in WIX. Is it an old feature that’s not available anymore? I'm having trouble integrating Wix answers to Zapier. I get this account error code all the time. Does someone know what to do or have similar problems?

I have an agency account with privyr and I take care of several client.I want an action to be done for a specific client.whenever I create a zap, I get a dropdown from where I can select the action has to be done to which client.. however, zapier is not showing the latest client that I added a few days. I tried reconnecting, hard refresh and everything.How to fix this?

I’m trying to create an invoice in waveapps.com from orders in Shopify. When I get an Order from Walmart and it flows into Shopify, it does not send over an email address. Since there is no email address in the order, the customer lookup / create new customer does not work. Why doesthe Zapier “Find customer in Wave” step require an email? Wave does not require an email to create a new customer. Is there anyway to bypass that?

I need to reference the individual items from a TextSplit formatter step, but I can only reference the combined output in a single field.  See attached screenshots.  Any help is appreciated.

I have a Stripe checkout page (see screenshot) that has “email”, “name on card”, and two custom fields for “first name” and “last name”. By default Stripe brings through “name on card” as “name” and we were using that with a splitter function in our zap. However, sometimes the name on card is just an initial .e.g “J Adams” so our CRM was bringing through “J” as the first name. We added First Name and Last Name to the Stripe checkout page however these two custom fields are not coming through to Zapier. I have loaded a new customer from stripe and it sees it in the test data in Stripe. Any help appreciated. I’ve tried recreating the zap from scratch and it’s not pulling through. 

I’m sending contacts from our Fareharbor bookings to Klaviyo. My zap is working and profile are being sent to Klaviyo but they aren’t entering the list I’ve selected.Anyone know why this might be happening?Thanks!  

I have set up a zap for google contacts to my CRM database- FOLLOW UP BOSS “new contact or updates” It is trying to go through all 3000 of my contacts. How do I set it up to start from here on out and not go through all 3000 of my contacts which will use all my tasks. The zap also keeps pausing as HELD too much- so I want for that reason too. 

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble with a step in my Zap where I need to extract only the first UUID from a comma-separated list. I have a GET request that returns multiple UUIDs (e.g., 0194d14a-6026-72e8-aaaa-1665ee9be8db,0194d146-9c53-aaaa-9d63-deb896d1af26,0194ccd8-84ae-aaaa-894b-1a2c8bcdd815,0194ccd7-0c7c-aaaa-9804-119f2f41445e) and I’ve added a Formatter by Zapier (Text – Split Text) step. I configured it to use a comma as a separator and set the Segment Index to “First” so that it should return only the first UUID.What’s happening:The Formatter step appears to show all the values as output (all four UUIDs) instead of just the first one. Later on, when mapping the dynamic field in another step, I only have the option to select all the UUIDs rather than just the first one.What I’ve Tried:I’ve verified that my Split Text configuration is set to “First” (I have screenshots for this).  Request:I’d appreciate guidance on how to ensure that only a single UUID (specifically the first one) is

I am getting an error when testing a step where I send data to a chatbot created in Zapier. I am sending fields from steps that are running before that step.  All the earlier steps are running without any issues at all.  The only one that is giving me that error is the one with the chatbot integration.  Not sure what the issue is.  

Hi, I’m unsure why this is happening, but the last two days I’m getting an extensive spike in Tasks for the one of my Memberstack “Update Member” Trigger. I’m using this so folks can update their pofile information. Send it to Membertack and then back to Webflow. This is used on a few Zaps, but one appears to fire thousands. I can’t gather why it would randomly start firing of 5K tasks at a time when I click the update button in Webflow.I’d love to know how I can resolve this, or if there’s a way that I can look towards more efficiencies in my setup. Anyone ever have this issues?

Hello, I’m trying to use a zap that detects a new label added to a card on multiple Trello boards. As far as I can tell this requires a zap for each board. I have this working nicely on one board, but when I duplicate the zap and change the board it will not detect new records for that board. The new board I’m trying to use is a renamed duplicate of the first board, so the labels, etc. are all the same, and Zapier seems to be detecting that the board exists and all the label names on it. When I test, no records appear. I’ve tried many times to add a variety of labels (including default labels) before, during, and after testing with no results. When trying a different trigger it does detect new records. I haven’t tested this exhaustively but it seems specific to the “new label added” trigger. The weird part is when I create a new zap from scratch and use the same setting, board, etc., it does detect new records. Furthermore, when duplicating the zap and leaving the board the sameThe onl

I have a Zap that creates and invoice record, then loops through and adds the line items for that invoice.  I would like to add more steps/actions after that loop has completed, outside of the loop. Is this possible? 

Hello!I’m working on my first zap, which is intended to connect my Bubble.io application to my Donordock account.  The Zap is triggered by a form submission in Bubble.io, which sends over basic user information to create a new donor contact in Donordock.  In testing, I’ve been able to successfully grab all contacts that I’ve sent over from Bubble.io and render the data.The fields appear to map over in the configuration of the action step.  And upon testing, a new contact is created in Donordock with the expected details.Once the zap is published and triggered, the data still appears to come over from Bubble.io just fine.However, the data doesn’t appear to pass onto the action step, and ultimately - a blank contact is created in Donordock.This is my first attempt at a Zap and I feel like I’m overlooking something obvious.  Any help is appreciated!

I have Google Calendar set up that then posts to Discord an hour before an event. It was working just fine earlier this week. Then for a Friday event, the time was completely wrong saying 3am instead of 7pm PST. I didn’t change anything, something changed on its own. I don’t have any transformations. I’m on free so I can only have 2 steps.How do I get the times to come in correctly again?

My Zap adds a new row to an excel spreadsheet in OneDrive each time a submission is received in Gravity Forms.The zap works as expected except that it resets the width of the columns in my spreadsheet every time it adds a row.Viewers of the spreadsheet are unable to see the data because the columns are too narrow. Submissions come in often, so they constantly have to resize the columns while using the spreadsheet.Is there a way to configure the Zap or the Excel spreadsheet to prevent the column width from being reset?Steps to reproduce:Create a Zap that adds a row to an Excel Spreadsheet in OneDrive. Update: I found the issue and corrected it. So I’m good now. I am brand new to Zapier and am creating a new Zap to add new contacts from my OwnerRez (vacation rental booking software) account to my Klaviyo marketing email list.Everything went fine doing as directed until I got where I am being instructed to “Map the relevant guest information from OwnerRez to the corresponding fields in Klaviyo. Make sure to use the "email_address.address" field from OwnerRez to correctly map the email to Klaviyo,” and instead of being able to do that, I am instead being forced to enter a Profile ID, and am presented with a list of possible IDs of ny OwnerRez contacts to enter.So this doesn’t make any sense to me. How do I proceed?

Subject:Hi Zapier Community,I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot a frustrating formatting issue. I’m working on a Zap that sends data from Zoho CRM into Notion. The text fields map over perfectly, but whenever I try to map a field from Zoho CRM into a Notion property that’s a Number or Date, I get an error that says the data is not formatted correctly. Specifically, Notion complains it’s expecting a number or a date, but it’s receiving text instead.What I’ve tried so far:Added a Formatter step (Transform > Numbers or Dates) in Zapier to convert the incoming data into the correct format (e.g., an actual number for a revenue field or a date in YYYY-MM-DD). Double-checked that the Formatter step outputs a properly formatted number/date (the output in the Zap test step looks correct). I’ve disconnected and reconnected my facebook account from zapier over 100 times literally - it will not detect new pages. I’m the creator of the pages and have all the access.. why is it not working? i don’t understand what troy’s message means.. i’m even using a paid version of zapier and still can’t get support on this

Evening,I've been at this for hours with no success, so thought I'd try my luck here! Essentially, I'd like to automate some simple social media posts. I want to pull text from Google Sheets on to a company branded Canva Template and via Zapier change the text (but keep the text placement and style the same for each post) within the Canva template. However, it appears that Zapier does not like Canva's native design file as it can't seem to find/import the design unless it's been uploaded to Canva as PNG etc. However, that means I can't automate the dynamic text change.Is this possible or am I just being dull? Much Thanks 👍 

I’m working in wordpress.I’m now, via Zapier, trying to connect WP forms to The events calendar. It works fine, the event is created in the calendar. Except when I try to also transfer the vendor name.What is the expected format for the "vendor" field?Best regards 

I recently updated our Trello Zaps from the deprecated Trello app to the new one. Once I did that, my Card Due triggers are no longer triggering. I have cards that are Due in Trello, but when I try to test the trigger it comes back and tells me that there are no cards due in my account. Anyone else having issues like this?

Hello.We're currently using Acuity to create virtual meetings with out clients, and while Zoom is integrated, we want to switch to Microsoft Teams. I'm trying to use Zapier to take all the meeting details from Acuity - like dates, times, and attendees - and create a Teams meeting with this information. Create a meetings event and send a link to all parties involved.Has anyone done this before? I'm encountering roadblocks at every turn. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
