Just noticing under my Gravity Forms Zapier Feed I have 2 Active webhook links and wondering if I need both or have I inadvertently created a duplicate during my initial configuration.  I am feeding Gravity form data to a Google Sheet which has been working fine.

Hi @PRAIRIECYCLECLUB

Each Zap trigger has a unique webhook URL.

You only need one.

Now the question is, how do I figure out which one is the correct one?

@PRAIRIECYCLECLUB

Process of elimination.

Disable one, test the form, check the Zap.

Ironically, I found the Zap status “off” due to missing Gravity Forms authorization.   Guessing that happened when I was messing around toggling the Active button under Zapier Feeds.  Nevertheless, reestablishing consumer and secret keys populated a new hook link which allowed me to identify and delete the other 2.

Glad you managed to get this sorted, @PRAIRIECYCLECLUB! 🎉 Thanks for letting us know that creating a new webhook then allowed you to identify and remove the others that weren’t needed—I’ll get your post marked as the best answer to help surface it to others in the Community!

Feel free to reach back out if there’s anything else we can help with. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡️
