I’ve been trying to set up a zap from Kajabi to Activecampaign in both of the following ways and neither of them is working correctly:When a tag gets added in Kajabi as the first trigger. It keeps pulling the wrong tag. It was a new tag I added today but I waited for over an hour after I added it and it’s still pulling the wrong tag for the test.  When a purchase happens in Kajabi as the first trigger. There are 2 offers in Kajabi with almost the same name but there is a slight difference. However, Zapier keeps giving me the option of 2 offers with the exact same name. The ID #s are different but I can’t tell which is which.I’ve done both of these types of zaps before without this problem. What is going on?

So I’ve got a Zap that loops line items from Shopify orders. It mostly works as expected, except for the tax lines, which I believe is a slight bug / limitation of the way the looping works and I’m wondering if anyone has a good workaround?As you can see in the screenshot below, my data gets input into the loop correctly (loop_values). But then when it comes to actually loop it, the line.home.tax isn’t looped and neither is the line.local.tax. I believe this is because that data comes from a loop within a loop - the data structure looks like this:line items > 1 (first loop) > tax_lines > 1 (second loop) > price_set > shop_money > amountAs you can see, there’s a loop within a loop there with tax_lines also potentially having multiple lines (although in my case there’s actually only one line there). It only happens to tax_lines because the other data structure looks like this:line items > 1 (first loop) > price_set > shop_money > amountThere’s only 1 loop. S

Hello! First time to the community and new user. I currently created a Zap that when a New Task is created and is assigned to a specific person created in ClickUp, that new task is created in ASANA. My question is, how do I make multiple triggers off that one Zap? The New Task is coming over to ASANA, but that’s it. I would like all updates to that task to also show up in the task over in ASANA, such as In Progress, all comments, etc. like live updates I guess? The task shows up in ASANA, but then nothing else is ever updated in ASANA when it is updated in the ClickUp task.Is this where I need to use Sub-Zaps to make this happen?  

I am trying to use a loop to create rows in Excel for each item in the loop. My loop items are a list of records from a Salesforce query: Class A, Class B.For each class, I would like to add rows to an Excel spreadsheet: Teacher 1, Teacher 2, Teacher 3. I have created a ZAP that pulls the ticket info from Helpspot, adds it to Trello and adds checklists to the card in Trello.  I want to use an agent that if a task is completed, it writes back to Helpspot with the label, not the ID. I am not sure how to get the display label to feed back. Any help would be appreciated.Sahil

Hi everyone,I'm trying to set up a Zap that includes a Find Email in Gmail step. My goal is to return an entire email thread, meaning all messages in a conversation (e.g., my initial email, their response, my follow-up, their next response, etc.).However, I keep running into an issue where the search only returns one message from the thread. Depending on how I structure the search, it either pulls:Only the latest response from the other person, or Only my original messageBut never the full thread.Has anyone successfully configured this step to retrieve the entire conversation? Is there a better approach to get all messages in a thread?Here are screenshots of a couple of the searches I’ve tried. I started searching for the email alone. This got me the first message in the thread, but none of the replies.Then I tried ‘from’ the email. That only got me their latest reply, not the whole thread. Hi, Working on a zap that triggers when a specific invoice is created in QBO, gives the client 24 hours to pay, but then deletes the invoice if they don’t pay in that window. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Trigger: Invoice created Filter: Only continue if it is for “summer camp” Delay: Wait 24 hours Find payment: This is where I have trouble. You can only search for a payment with a payment ID. I need to find the exact payment that is correlated with the original invoice and, if it doesn’t exist, delete the original invoice. Any help is appreciated!krista

Hello all,I’m trying to create a zap to capture who’s responding to a ticket that I’ve already captured in smartsheet. For my previous zap which captures the ticket, I have this flow in place:This is how my smartsheet looks like after a few tickets have been created:Now, someone is going to respond to the original email that created these rows to say that they’re working on the ticket. To capture that and update the Assignee column (and potentially the rest of the columns) this is the flow that I’ve come up with so far:I’m using the Filter conditions to look for any email starting with RE: CSR to capture those that are replies to those rows. Then, I’m trying to see if that matches any of the rows that I have on smartsheet, but I don’t know the syntax works in the Query section of the configure tab of the Find sheet Row.I’d greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with the syntax or maybe an even better flow for capturing what I’m trying to do.Thanks.

Hello again,I have a zap that when a new email arrives in outlook, looks for a specific keyword in the subject line, and checks whether that subject line already exists in the rows in my Smartsheet grid. Once a matching row is found, I would like to use the sender’s email address to fill out the “Assignee” column or cell on the matching row.My problem is, the “New Row Update” action on Zapier doesn’t provide any following action in the configure step. You can just enter the sheet and row ID. There’s no place where I can tell the zap step to go to this column and do this.So, how do I update the “Assignee” cell when a matching row is found?Thank you. 

This is so confusing. I have connected a google sheet to Tave (my CRM), where it creates a new lead. But the data is also being sent to mailerlite and added to all my subscriber groups. But mailerlite isn’t connected to this zap or this google sheet. I’ve no idea what’s happening or how to stop it.This is the zap: Mailerlite is not a part of it!Surely this shouldn’t happen? Help!  

Hi,Apologies if this question has been asked before but...We have Board A, where when a card hits a certain list, it needs to move to Board B. However, Board A has 28 custom fields and Board B has 28 as well, meaning the cards won’t move between the boards as there are too many custom fields when using Butler to automate this. Once the card leaves Board A, it doesn’t require all 28 fields from Board A anymore, but Butler doesn’t allow me to remove fields when moving to another board. (or not that I know of)I was thinking of using Zapier instead, so I can control which custom fields move and which don’t. The issue I’m having is that when I look at the triggers from Trello in Zapier, the only option that kind of fits the bill is to create a copy of the card on Board A to Board B.For wider reporting purposes this isn’t the solution I’m after, the automation would need to move the card if it hits the list on Board A to Board B with less custom fields to ensure the reporting is correct.I’m

I have created a Zap to automatically upload Zoom cloud recordings to my Google Drive.The Zoom integration is working fine, but in the Google Drive action, where I set "Upload File", I selected the video file download URL and added the extension .mp4. However, the uploaded file is empty, showing only 14KB of storage space.Can anyone anyone help me with that?

I seems like this is a standard use case: https://zapier.com/apps/rss/integrations/linkedin However, when I try this I only get the link in my LinkedIn post - no pictures. When I copy the link and post it manually on LinkedIn it loads a picture. How can I get the pictures via Zapier, too? (see screenshots) Thank you!

I want to create a Zap that helps write and save book content. When receiving text from a chatbot: 1) Save the content to a Google Doc, 2) Store all book parts in one document, 3) Return the document link to the user. The Zap should automatically create a new doc if it's a new book, or append to existing doc if continuing. Make it simple and user-friendly. Include error handling and clear document formatting. But I can't create this zap, it's don't work! Please, help me!

I am trying to create a zap that creates a card inside of trello after a form submission. I got everything to work however I figured out that inside of the “ trello zapp “ there is no option to target the adress-field inside of trello.I really hope this going to be added in a future update of the integration. We could really use this in our workflow.But for the time being.. Is there anyone who knows a workaround for this?

Hi there,I have a zap for Trello that updates a card, but doesn’t update Boolean fields.The zap updates all the other field and is listed as successful.I can see in the history that the field is set to “true”, but no update on the card. Any configuration I’m missing or is it bug?

Hi,I’m working out a new Zap and when using Trello (Update Card) as the Action, I tried to change the custom feild on the card from True to False on the set up action, but on test this does not have any effect to the trello card.I’ve also tested the opposite, and also tried manually unticking the custom feild on the trello card and telling zapier the feild is true to tick the box but still no effect.Is there any way to update custom feilds (checkbox) or is this an error?Thanks
