Hello all, I attempting to create a few Zaps that notifies me (by email) when:
I have only had Zap for a month or so, so am I real beginner. Any help would be much appreciated.

I spotted we’ve got an existing feature request for the ability to trigger on an “Updated Job Status”, so I’ve gone ahead and added your vote for that. While I can’t guarantee if or when this will be added, we’ll be sure to notify you via email if it becomes available!
As Troy said it might be worth reaching out to ServiceM8’s Support team to see if they have any workarounds they’d recommend using in the meantime. Since their triggers are all instant, there’s a good chance they can help you set up a webhook that sends job updates to a Zap using the Webhooks by Zapier Catch Hook trigger. If they do, I’d recommend checking out our Trigger Zaps from webhooks guide to learn more about how to set up that type of Zap trigger.

It does not appear that ServiceM8 Zap app integration has an available trigger for “updated job”.
Try reaching out to ServiceM8 Support for possible guidance about their Zap app integration and capabilities with their app that may be a workaround.

Thank you very much for your response. In the short term I’ve had to suspend our paid subscription, until SM8 are able to investigate at their end. Sadly I didn’t even get to first base with what I wanted to do and SM8 recommended you to me. Again, thanks for your helps and I am logging a request for development(s) as you have both suggested.
