Can't get the Manychat "User Email" property

I can find every attribute to select in the systeme.io configurator, but the “User Email” property.

Why is that?

How can I get the email attribute into my systeme.io CRM?

Hi there, @backzap! 👋

You’re totally right, it would be an issue on Manychat’s side not Systeme.io. It looks like the test record that’s been selected might just contain default data instead of real data, so I’m wondering if that might be why the field isn’t appearing. 🤔

Can you try changing the test record in your Zap’s trigger to see if the missing User Email field then becomes available to select?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi @backzap,

Welcome to the Community.

Due to integration limitations, the "User Email" attribute in Systeme.io may not be directly available in Zapier. Check if it's nested under another field like "User Details" or "Contact Info." If pulling data from another app, ensure the email is correctly captured. If the attribute is still missing, it may be a limitation of Systeme.io's integration, and contacting their support could help find a workaround.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or run into any issues, please feel free to ask.

But I have seen this Manychat tag on other zapier accounts using Manychat before.

Wouldn’t this be an issue of Manychat instead of systeme.io?
