Has anyone successfully integrated HelpScout with Kajabi? Additionally, I am curious to know if it is possible to create a custom field or property in HelpScout to display the specific offer a customer has purchased in Kajabi.
Can Asana accept Hubspot deal start and end dates in custom fields? Custom fields work if dates are left blank
I have an Asana project that has 2 custom Date fields.I want to put the HUBSPOT DEAL START DATE in one and the HUBSPOT DEAL END DATE in the other.but I can’t get it to work?Does anyone know how to get Asana to read this / accept these dates(currently formatting it into DD/MM/YY) Asana isn’t accepting the input, which also causes it to not update the other custom fields(i.e. the other custom fields work if i leave the dates blank)
Hello,How do I stop Zapier from creating Google Calendar labels for events. I have the client appointments popluating my Google calendar which I access on my Mac in iCal, along with my other calendar events. However for some reason Zapier is creating a ton of custom ‘calendar labels’ for each client appointment. How do I removed them and get the to stop? I would appreciate anyone’s assistance. Thank you.
Here’s the desired workflow I’m hoping Zapier can accomplish… We have a discount code setup in Shopify that is exclusively for our paying members. It only applies to customers with a specific tag on their profile. Instead of adding this tag manually to each paying member’s profile, is it possible for Zapier to add the tag to the customer profile automatically when a new subscription is created in MemberPress? Example: John Doe signs up for our membership with the email firstname.lastname@example.org. When this subscription is created, Zapier looks for email@example.com in our customer profiles in Shopify. If it finds the same email address, the tag is added to the profile. When John Doe comes to our Shopify store, he’s able to use our exclusive discount code when he logs into his account with his firstname.lastname@example.org address. I want my event on Eventbrite to show up on the Public Google Events Calendar. So I did an Eventbrite & Google Calendar integration. I did it once correctly. It took a while for me to get the “success” email but it worked. It showed up on Google Events.I want to do a repeated event, every Saturday and I think I filled out all the questions correctly. BUT my event isn’t showing up for the next Saturday event. So I created a new event and published it but I’m not sure if I did it correctly.How long does it take to get a “Success” Your transfer is complete”?How do I know I have a transfer in the works? Each day we receive an email report that has an html table with important data. Each table has the same number of columns with the same headers. The number of rows is different each time. It is a simple html table with no classes or ids. I’d love to have these tables automatically archived as a csv or google sheet. Any ideas on how to do that?
My Waveapps account keep disconnected. It happening since I upgrade to the new zap. I am trying to get the data from my email list to import into Airtable. It refuses to bring in the #opens and the #link click categories, even though I have mapped them correctly. I believe I have the fields mapped correctly but I”m not entirely sure. I just sent out another email last night and it pulled in everything but the opens and clicks. Can you please advise on what I need to do? Is this user error, I don’t use Zapier that much…

Wondering if you can update information on an already existing google document?For example, let’s say that when you onboard a client (via “onboarding form”), an information sheet about that client gets automatically created CLIENTINFO.doc - with name, email, address. Let’s say that at later date, the client fills out another form, asking them even more info (ie “more client info form”) - like their favorite color and their birthday. Is it possible that the doc you created (CLIENTINFO.doc) from the first trigger (“onboarding form”) can be automatically updated with the new information from the 2nd trigger (“more client info form”)?Because I want to keep the information I already put on that first CLIENTINFO.doc, and have a document that has BOTH their name, email address, AND their favorite color and birthday.So ONE document that gets continually updated as new information comes in from new spreadsheet rows. I’m getting an error message: “Keller Williams Command: The app returned Error with no further details.”I’d like new submissions from Facebook Lead ads to be input into Command as new contacts (name, email, and phone #).Zapier tech support was really helpful and said it looks like there is an error with the Keller Williams Command app. I contacted their support team in late December and they’re escalating the issue but it’s still ongoing. Is there something else I could do as a workaround? Thanks very much for any help with this!
I'm trying to create automated events from a Google Sheets toward a Google Agenda, using Zapier. As a farmer (mushroom cultivation), i have a lot logistic flow to manage. I order goods from various suppliers and the following spreadsheet (see Zapier worksheet) specify when a shipment may occur, thus implying that I put an employee to manage the shipment.Unfortunatly, it doesn't work. I have only succeeded to make a test event for the current date, no more.I identify follwing problems :Title, description, date are returning a "no data" message Start & ending hour are returning "#NA" message "Location" seems to workThe trigger is set on "title", as if there is schedule changes, this row will be the first impacted.Thanks for help !

I have a zap set up to send an email to a customer with the digital item they purchased. It fliters the correct product name and then is supposed to send them a email with necessary links. However, even though the email shows up in the test data. When I real time test the zap it doesn't send the customer any email. In fact it has the information marked as blank. How can i fix it? is there re-formatting that has to be done?
Guys, i have a problem by triggering the yammer content using zapier..I need to get just the first message of a thread on yammer.. but i can’t do it.. it shows in the zap all of comments of thoses threads… How do I tell the zap to ignore the replies AND/OR only take the 1st occurrence?
Hi there-I just tried creating my first Zap, set to create a YouTube every time a file is placed into a folder on the G Drive. I’m getting stuck on the data I need to enter on the YouTube side for Title, Description, and Video. Where am I getting those? Thanks!
About a week ago or so there started to be some issues with my current zap not posting to my Facebook group like expected. It has since errored out and shut off. I’ve gone in and reconnected my Facebook account, testing it successfully in My Apps, but within my zap itself it fails to test and presents an unknown error without any advice on what is going on. Of course Zapier is added to the FB group, it’s been working well for the last few weeks/months until just recently. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? Suggestions?
I am using Zapier like this- If one row is updated in Google sheet A Then one row is created in Google Sheet B The issue I am having is it worked fine yesterday when first turned on. Then it stops working. There might be 5-10 new entries in Sheet A a day and ZAPS are not even grabbing those anymore. It’s frustrating and I do not know what is going on? It worked fine and now it’s not. I created the zaps like 5 different times and they all worked fine for a few hours then stop. Anyone else having this issue?
I’ve been having issues trying to integrate Thinkific and DocuSign. When I go to create the zap, it cannot connect to my Thinkific account. I checked, and I have the correct account type, correct API key and sub-domain...it keeps giving me the same error message. Please help!!
