Paths not running

I’m trying to create a zap with 3 paths. Based on the data that I have captured from wufoo forms and tested, some of the paths should have run, but when I actually trigger the form through a wufoo form input it repeatedly tells me that 0 paths have run. Very frustrating!

Create Duplicates of Existing Dropbox Folders

We have some Dropbox folders and subfolders that we essentially use as a template, and then we duplicate them every time we enter into a Due Diligence phase with a new property, renaming them after the property. It doesn’t appear that there is a Dropbox action that would allow me to automate this process but maybe someone knows of a creative way. The alternative is to have a zap that has 40-something steps… each one creating one of the folders/subfolders we need. I was hoping that the trigger to the folder creation could be a new Monday.com board being created.

Sync tags between Circle and Airtable without overwrite what's already there or creating a Zap loop

So, I've been working on the same zaps for a few weeks now while also messaging with Circle automation experts and Zapier support. I finally got a few things to work but continue running into issues.In my head, it's super simple but creating them has taken longer than expected and getting more complicated. What I'd like to do is: when I add a tag in an Airtable multi select field for a member, I'd like that to zap the tag(s) to the to Circle community. when I add the tag in Circle, to get that to zap to the Airtable multi select field. When I remove a tag Airtable or Circle, I'd like that change to reflect in Circle and/or Airtable.   What I have in zaps:   After some time, the zap from Airtable to Circle finally works as well as the zap from Circle to Airtable. However, I can't figure out a simple way to do this without so a zap doesn't overwrite what's already there, play in an endless loop or complicate everything. Is there a simple solution for any of these? Any help would be h

The email is not sent when a new WordPress user is created via Zap.

Hi, When you create a user in wordpress, they are sent a registration email from wordpress - this sends them their login information and ability to set their password.  Creating a new wordpress user via a zap however, for some reason does not trigger the email... - it isn’t sent. How can I work around this? Or should it be sending…?Why is this not triggered?  Thanks,

How to Connect Stripe to Wave

The Zapier Academy has an excellent, simple YouTube on how to connect PayPal to Wave, which I did successfully. Now I’m trying to connect Stripe to Wave, but there isn’t a clear example of how to. I thought I could follow the PayPal tutorial, but when the Date dropdown opens, there’s nothing that looks like it could work. Subsequently, I tried the other dropdowns and they are identical. I’ve searched the community and I’m not seeing a clear explanation. I must be missing something. Any suggestions?“Record Sale in Wave when new payment in Stripe” does come up as an option, but when I click on it, it won’t stay in the field, it only allows me to choose one of the options with a box around it.

Events in Google Sheets not added into Google Calendar

hi, I use zapier . why my events in google sheet   does not appear in my google calendar .  i have  go through all these: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-with-google-calendar.But still the events create in google sheet does not appear in google calendar , please help.During troubleshooting , i  did see events  in calendar  but  not consistent when try again , something not stable  and no consistent . it  state  already send to google calendar . Google Form to Detailed Calendar Event: Zap pulls incorrect dateTime value

In my Google Form to Google Detailed Calendar Event zap, the dateTime value assigned (TIME) is not being generated to the calendar correctly. Instead, the zap is pulling my current time, but with the correct date data (DATE) assigned.   As you can see, the data from the sheet has a date value of 2/15 (correctly pulled by zap) and a time value of 7:30am which is incorrectly pulled by the zap. The zap instead applies the current timestamp when the event is generated.

Moving a new folder (with a file in it) from one Google drive folder to another based upon a name of the folder

This seems like an easy concept, but I get stuck in the filtering part and don’t know how to move forward. I’m able to set up the trigger, the trigger seems happy to find the folder with a specific name within the title of the folder, but then I cannot seem to find the right Zap part to take that folder and move it to another. Any time I use a upload or copy Zap, it asks for ways to identify the file or folder, offering up names of files and folders that currently exist in the search folder (“Title:Spongebobsquare”). I cannot seem to make it understand that it needs to identify files that don’t exist yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How do I differentiate between the rows in Airtable, and what should I pick as an Identifier in Outlook?

Hello everyone!  So I have an Airtable database with currently 3 different rows. I’ve made a Zap with Outlook as the trigger and Airtable as the action. The trigger is set to be fired when a new mail is received in my inbox (that’s it for now). The action should be to import the attachments from these mails to the 3 different rows in Airtable based on the incoming mail.  My question is: how do I differentiate between the rows in Airtable? Do I have to make 3 different Zaps? If so, what should I pick as Identifier in Outlook, if that’s possible to do?

Error pulling data from Okta trigger into Airtable action when Zap runs live

The app returned `{"message":"You must provide either \"Search by field\" AND \"Search value\" or \"Search Formula\"."} I’m using the event hook type user.session.start in Okta to record session log-in, which I want to send to the corresponding record in Airtable (list of users). When I set up the Zap and pull in test data, it works 100% of the time. I’m pulling the unique user ID (actor ID) from Okta, which is stored in an Airtable field for each record. When the Zap actually runs, however, I am unable to pull in the data from the Okta JSON. “Data Out” for the trigger event shows all the correct values. “Data In” for the search step looks like this: _zap_search_success_on_miss:falseapplicationId:appue2MkPI[...]tableName:tblm7hLT[...]searchByValue:{{123426702__actor__id}}searchByField:Okta user ID I have tried changing the search values for other fields or to a manual {{actor__id}}, which again works in testing but not in production. Does anybody have any idea why the Zap isn’t pulling

When creating a ticket in Autotask the field CompanyID is missing. This is requiered by Autotask and so the create ticket action can not be performed.Is there any way to add this field or has this to be done by the developer of Zapier?

How do I add a new Shopify customer to a Google group with a dynamically changing member email using Zapier?

Every time I get a new customer on Shopify I want to add that customer to my google group. I set up the trigger “new shopify customer” and then the action “add to google group” In that action it asks for “Member email” which is required. What am I supposed to put there? Because whatever email I do put (let’s say I put my email), it ONLY adds my email to the google group. If I get a new customer it won’t add them because my email is in the action. I want the member email to change with every new customer. How do I do that?Thank you!!

Problem with a magic link

I wanted to set up a Zap that sends the users email, first and last name and unique magic link form Xperiencify to Mailchimp, so I can use Merge Tags to send every user the right and individual magic link (A magic link is a link, that sends the user directly into the course content, rather than letting them first login every time, they want to watch the course content). But there is a problem: The magic link is pointing to the marketplace and doesn't include the course name after the subdomain.  For example, The right magic link that I want the user to get is: https://kurse.swimly-schule.de/tauch-challenge/?magic=AAW6L1ZBqkQfOCQfRCg but in Zapier there is only this magic link: https://kurse.swimly-schule.de/?magic=AAW6L1ZBqkQfOCQfRCg -> Without „tauch-challenge/“ after the sub domain. How do I fix this issue? I really don't want to send out emails with XP. I have put a ton of effort into designing the Mailchimp E-Mails and my users really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

Teachable enrolments can’t select specific course?

Hello. I’ve been using Zapier no problem for a few months with Teachable enrolments being sent to my Convertkit mailing list automations. I have the teachable zap set for course enrolment and then it sends them to the correct Convertkit automation again. Now, I just made a new teachable course (Free trial actually) and I want that enrolment to be sent to a different email segment/automation that sends them an email asking if they liked the trial and a coupon code. BUT, when I’m setting up my zap, it has the choice of course enrollment but doesn’t ask you what course. So, I’m assuming it is just looking for ANY course enrolment which is a problem as the free trial students would get the email automation for people who signed up to the full paid course. This seems like something that exists, but I’m just not finding it. Thank you for the help. -Andrew

Sorting Google Sheets data breaks my zap. Best practices?

My zap is pretty simple. I input customer booking data like date, time, and email addresses into a Google Sheet, and it automates creating a Google Calendar event based on this data. The trigger is a new row in the Google Sheet. Recently I saw that the zap had stopped working, and figured out that its probably because I had sorted the data without turning the zap off. Customers don’t book in a neat order, so the rows on the sheet can be in an order like May, August, April. I want to sort the data in the sheet by date, so I can see the bookings chronologically as April, May, August. I just want to make sure I don’t break it again if I do the belowturn off zap sort the Google sheet data by date (April, May, August) turn zap back on Or do I always have to revert back to the way the google sheet was prior to sort? turn off zap sort the Google sheet data by date (April, May, August) undo sort by date (May, August, April) turn zap back onthanks in advance for any help!

Can't find Google Docs template

Hi, I’m facing an issue with creating a document from a Google Docs Template. Zapier doesn’t find my template. When i select where the document should be saved, I can browse my Drive so the connection works. But I don’t know why it doesn’t find my Template Document.   I precise that my template is created and it’s not just a regular document. Zapier Missing Wix Email Variable

I am trying to create a Wix-to-Convertkit integration for my email sequence. Unfortunately, when I try to set up the zapier, I am getting an error because the email variable is missing. What is the solution for this problem? It seems to happen no matter which integration I choose (I even tried a Wix-to-Gmail integration).The image below shows the only integrations that pop up (I am at the bottom of the list of integrations, there are no more underneath the pictured ones). Please help!

Line items to Airtable

Hello,  I am trying to send line items from the lineitemizer Utilities Formatter app to several rows in Airtable (or Google Sheets if Airtable doesn’t work).
