need to pull Chatbot survey data to Google Sheets tally

Hello! I’m super new with creating Zaps. I stumbled upon using a Zap to help me accomplish pulling my survey data from Chatbot into a Google Sheet.My survey is working but I don’t know if I have the Zap set up correctly. My trigger is New message in Chatbot. Action is Create spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. I’ve used the attributes in Chatbot to match up with my column headers in my Worksheet. When I run a test and fill out the survey, the Google sheet doesn’t contain survey data. I can run a Zap test and the Worksheet puts my field attributes in the cells, it appears my Zap is set up correctly. Do I have the wrong Trigger or Action set? What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Salesforce to Monday - Unidirectional Field Sync - Not Triggering

I have a customer list in SFDC (Account object) and an effectively mirrored customer list/board in Monday (a subset of accounts). I’m trying to create a directional sync such that when a specific field on any SFDC Account is updated, the corresponding field is updated for that customer record in MondayRight now I have:1) Trigger: SF Updated Field on Record 2) Action: Find record in SF (I didn’t have this one at first but it seems necessary to retrieve the new value for the field I want to sync) 3) Action: Get item by column value in MDC 4) Action: Change multiple column values in MDCTesting each Action step in sequence produces the result I’m looking for: It pulls the field value from SF (2) and updates the corresponding MDC item (3) with that field value from SF (4). Great.However, I’ve published this zap and it won’t ever seem to trigger. I’ve tried it with the trigger setting Field Updated Timestamp blank and set to Last Modified Date. No luck.. Any thoughts?

prompt OpenAI from new record in an Airtable column

Hello. I have an airtable table set up and I would like to trigger an openAI prompt/completion when a new record is added to a column titled "Job Description". I have linked the correct base and table. But in the prompt input for openAI I don't get the option for the column in the drop down. I tried linking it by using {{'Job Description'}} but it shows a little !Job Description badge and when run pulls in no data . However if i select a populated cell the prompt triggers and returns data as expected? Any help would be awesome.🙌

How do I transfer into a Bitrix24 List?

Hi GuysI have a bitrix24 list with a number of list entry types as the targetI have data coming in from a gravity form that has the list in the field delimited with commas. I have tried transforming that to semicolons.Bitrix wont take the list in at all. It will only allow zapier to assign (basically like a checkbox) a list item but not import existing data.Any ideas?

I have set up zapier to pull new shopify blog post into my company linkedin page.  It works however it shows it in html format in linkedin. Does anyone know how I can get linkedin to show it rendered correctly instead of showing all the code <b> <font> etc?

Any way to make GCal Start Time Pretty and End Time Pretty... prettier?

GCal ‘Start Time Pretty’ and ‘End Time Pretty’ send somewhat ugly, redundant time formats, especially when used together. They put a 0 on the front-end of single digit hours EVEN though they also put PM or AM on the backend (i.e. it’s not military time). Fwiw would also be nice to be able to make PM and AM lowercase so the times stand out more. See screenshot.I didn’t see in the Zap’s settings or Zapier’s settings. Is there any way to do this?I’m using Zapier to sync GCal with Todoist. Yes, I know there’s a native integration but putting meeting times in the title of a to-do instead of a Due time allows me to reorder them in my Today view. Might seem small, but we’re talking about multiple meetings showing up in my Today view every day. Any help is appreciated.

Keep information in memory on ChatGPT

Good morning.I have a question about using the ChatGPT integration and what it can do for me. My goal is to recreate the fine-tuning process on my own using ChatGPT, until I can take advantage of the OpenAI integration with fine-tuning.I noticed the Memory Key field in the settings and thought it might be used as constant information for ChatGPT to consider (a type of on-the-go fine-tuning). However, this isn't the case.Here's what I need: for ChatGPT to remember a set of basic information during each step of my Zap, much like it does during live chats. This would help me obtain more precise answers. I could include this information in the prompt each time, as I'm already doing with the OpenAI integration, but this would use up tokens and fragment the request with many different prompts.Can you tell me how I can achieve this goal? And, more importantly, could you explain the real difference between ChatGPT and OpenAI integrations?Thank you very much for your help.

How does "Update Spreadsheet Row(s)" in Google Sheets work?

I’m confused about this action, which I think is relatively new. It says, “Update one or more rows in a specific spreadsheet (with line item support)”, which sounds great, but then in the set up it requires you to pick ONE row to update.   I have tried entering a range (2-4), which creates an error saying that no data (row) was found that matched. I have tried entering the rows with commas separating (2,3,4), which results in it updating row 234 (I got the same result when I tried entering the rows with spaces separating them). Is there something that I’m missing here? How does this action update multiple rows?

How to map Chatra custom fields data?

Anybody familiar with Chatra integration? So when I pull in sample data to map fields, it’s not pulling in anything live. It literally uses sample data that Chatra comes with (literally Jane Doe info as opposed to real people who have chatted with us).I have a custom pre-chat form with a few fields like first name, email, etc. Basic stuff. However, I can’t find these fields in the default options. So how do I get them to map correctly? I’m pulling my hair out trying to get it to work. It can’t be this difficult.

Issues with Calendly filters

I am trying to set up a zap between calendly and mailerlite where when the person books the event and answers a question, it sends the to a specific mailerlite group. However, After getting through the initial calendly “test” with a test person, I go to filter and When I put in “EventType Name” the name of an event already populates and it’s not the right one and I cannot select another one. In other words, it “populates” the actual name of the event apparently. Then I select “contains” and when I try to put in the data - again, only the ones from this test person come up and when I type in the right thing, I get an error that the EventType Name doesn’t match. I’ve been at this for 2 days and I just realized this has been an issue over a year and I didnt’ realize I was missing this capture! Please help.

Extracting email details from Gmail

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.How do I properly format Gmails TO Names and TO Emails? I have a simple zap. In Gmail when a label is applied to an an email, an email is sent to another address. I couldn’t see a Forward action so this seems like the best approach. Looking at the available options in gmail I have TO Names and TO Emails. (same for CC) but these are just strings. I would like to parse these strings so that they output looks like thisTO Name 1 <TO Email 1>, TO Name 2 <TO Email 2>eg. Gav <xxxxxx>, Sid <xxxxxxxxx>Just so that it looks correct when the email is sent on to the end user.It looks like I should use the formatter but I can’t figure out how i loop through the names and emails arrays and join them back together how I want.Anyone?

Help creating a Zap to update a monday.com board when an record in Salesforce is updated

Hello,  I’m trying to create a zap that will dynamically update items in a Monday.com board if a record in Salesforce (Opportunity Stage) is updated. So far I think I’m on the right track with the following: Trigger - updated record in SalesforceAction - find a record in SalesforceAction - get column values in Monday.com I keep getting stuck in the Monday.com action since a required field is Item ID, where I’d have to select a specific item to update rather than allowing it to search for an updated opportunity stage in salesforce for all items listed in the board.  Any help figuring out how to do this is much appreciated!

How do I add an extra field in Mailerlite

I’m tranferring from Converkit zo mailerlite and am now updating all my zaps. But it seems I can’t add the first name to my zap action in Zapier (add subscriber to group) I only can add a value in the email field. Someone who knows what i’m missing here? In convertkit this was never a problem.  Converkit MailerliteRefreshing fields doesn’t make a difference and the fields (and more) are already created in mailerlite.

How to capture latest slack thread (thread_ts) and channel Id based on the matching keywords found in those threads

I’’m trying to send the full thread of the messages from one Slack Channel to another Channel using 1. new message posted in the slack 2. Find the message in the slack 3. Send Channel message in the Slack. Every time when the user posting key words example ‘TESTING IN PROGRESS’ and and other user go the thread discussion. As soon as the keywords are found I wan the thread link to posted to other Channel. I see only ‘permanent link ‘ of the thread for the first time the key words used. However I would to get the thread URL every time they Key words ‘TESTING IN PROGRESS’ is posted. Thanks in advance.
