Question

Round robin lead distribution from Facebook Ads to two Lofty CRM accounts

I am trying to build a Zap where a new Facebook Lead Ad submission goes through a 2-person (Person A and B) round robin, then sends an email (one account) to either Person A or Person B, and then creates the lead in either Lofty Account A or Lofty Account B depending on the Person.

Here is how far I got (I might be way off)

Trigger = Facebook Lead Ads, New Lead, from one specific Facebook page/form.

Zapier Lead Route (both people with equal weight)

Zapier Path

Path A -

Person A selected

Emails Person A

Lead created in Person A Lofty CRM Account

Path B -

Person B selected

Emails Person B

Lead created in Person B Lofty CRM Account

Hi and welcome to the Community, @Amraj Dhillon! 😁

You’re on the right track with that approach. If you give each rep the same weight like you mentioned, then Lead Router will distribute the leads evenly between them. If you needed one rep to receive more than the other, you'd just need to adjust the weights so one's higher. See our Distribution types in Zapier Lead Router for more details.

It’s possible to have each path use the same email account to send an email to the relevant rep and have the Create Lead (Lofty) actions connected to a different rep's Lofty account. For the “Send Email” action you’d select your same email app connection email and for the Lofty actions, you’d just need to select a different app account connection in each one.

If you run into any trouble setting this up, just let us know!
