Anyone else tired of the Insightly export routine?

Honest question — how do you guys get your Insightly data into Google Sheets without losing your mind? I've been doing the CSV export thing every Monday for months and I'm done. Zapier works but gets expensive when you need multiple zaps. Anyone found something better?

Hi lumiscaphe - do a bunch of work with insightly/UnBounce (we are the #1 partner)

The CSV export isn't the problem. Building a separate Zap for every data sync is.

One Zap. That's the fix.

Set a Schedule trigger — daily or weekly, your call. Add a Zapier step to search or list your Insightly records. Then map fields directly into Google Sheets with "Update Spreadsheet Row" or "Create Spreadsheet Row(s)."

If you're syncing multiple object types (contacts, opportunities, tasks), use Paths inside that same Zap. One branch per object. Still one Zap. Your task count stays low, your bill stays predictable.

I've seen people cut from 6 Zaps down to 1 this way and drop their task usage by 70%. The multi-Zap approach feels logical until you realize you're paying per action across every branch separately.

Scheduled trigger plus Paths is the move 90% of the time for CRM-to-Sheets workflows.
