How to connect QuickBooks with Magento using Zapier

It’s entirely possible to connect Magneto to Quickbooks.

The exact workflow will depend on your requirement as these are often personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!

1. Magento 2.X setup guide – Walks you through connecting your store (just need your admin username/password, but heads up: 2FA doesn't work yet)

A couple things to keep in mind:

• Both apps need a paid Zapier plan (free tier won't work)

• QuickBooks Desktop isn't supported – only QuickBooks Online

• If your Magento admin account has 2FA enabled, Zapier can't connect yet
