Getting old data from Google Sheets

I created a integration between Google Sheets and Active Campaign. Everythings is working well. But, this automation started to work in the row number 1000. From 1000 to new rows, Google Sheet is sending information to Active Campaign. But, I want to get data from the other rows (from 1 to 999). This data was in Google Sheete before I created the automation. Is there a way?

I have a created a zap between stripe and basecamp 3. So whenever a new customer is created in stripe i wanted a new project to built in basecamp3. When tested the Zap shows as success but nothing comes up in basecamp3.  Has any one tried doing it yet?

Hi Guys, I have built a funnel in Clickfunnels where I have forms that ask for details for my prospects in several (20 suburb ) Steps.I would like to know if I can create 1 Zapier and set multiple triggers (new contact in any of the 20 steps) and the action to send me an email with the prospect details.Basically I want to be able to collect the prospect details (that comes from any of the 20 steps) in 1 unique Zap.

I’d like to run an action that bulk-removes a label on a set of emails that are found by “find email in gmail” filter — e.g. remove label for all emails that are >X days old. Is this possible? More broadly, are multi-email operations possible?

Square-Mailchimp integration - Blank first name, family name and email in setup?

Hi - while trying to setup a simple Square to Mailchimp Zap (for each new transaction copy first name, last name, email and product ordered to my MC audience), setting up the test trigger on the Square side, it appears a valid product purchase that is grabbed does not contain the purchasers first name, family name and email address!Has anybody else had this issue with Square not sending this data? Seems crazy to me ..So when I go to the Mailchimp side and attempt to map the first name, family name, and email address … it says “no data” (image below). How could Square not record/send the buyers name and email address as part of their data stream for a transaction?I then want to filter different products into different audiences, but can’t even get past the first step of writing name, email address and product into one audience.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks!Clive

Hi all, I am trying to find out how to add an extra column (pricing) with information to a dynamic google form sheet  where data is entered in rows every time the form has been filled in. The google form is my trigger.De extra information which needs to be added in the row, depends on a value in that same row. So when the filled in form has for example the information COURSE X, I want automatically to add in the column ‘Pricing’ in that same row the price that comes with the filled in course. I don’t want to add an extra column every time a new form has been filled in. And also I dont want to build in an extra field in the form, since I dont want people to see this extra info. Hope my explanation has been clear enough…Many thanks for your support! David

If a cell in google sheets matches then input data from another cell

Hello!I’m hoping for assistance with a Google Sheet push to/from Slack Zap. I have one currently that is basically if a cell/row is updated in one sheet, push some of that information to a specific slack channel. It’s working fine but now I’m looking for another variation of this. For context, here is what I’m going for: I have a google sheet that my company uses to check rehire eligibility. My google sheet is very simple, in the main tab I have a column for A ) Requestor, B ) Candidate name, C ) HR approval (drop down/data validation), D ) HR Notes. A recruiter will add their name as requestor in A, then type the candidate name in B. From there my current zap pushes that candidates name to a slack channel to let the HR team know to check the sheet for that name. Once they check their system/notes for eligibility, they make a selection in Column C which is set up for a list data validation (Yes/No/Other). From here I need a zap to let the requestor know that there is an update on the s

microsoft office 365 calendar zap is creating duplicates when events are updated out of google calendar

i have a zap that looks at my google calendar and create/updates events in microsoft office 365 calendar.  when an event is updated in google, it creates a duplicate in O365 vs just updating it.  any ideas?I’m using New or Updated Event as the Trigger.  maybe just use New event as the trigger?  are events automatically updated when they change, thus making “new or updated event” redundant?

I know that Zapier can move time entries from Monday.com to QBO, but our company uses Tsheets to queue time until it is pulled into QuickBooks Online (QBO) for accounting and payroll. IIs there an easy way to send time data to Tsheets instead of QBO?

Create new account in CRM but how to get account number in return to QuickBooks

I have set up a Zap that whenever a new customer is created in QuickBooks it looks for that cusomter in the CRM and if it does not exist then it creates one.  However I need the account number that the CRM assigns to be sent back to Quickbooks/QBO.  I know that Zapier is not bi-directional but what could I use as a trigger to push the account number from the CRM into Quickbooks?  BTW- not all accounts in the CRM will be in Quickbooks, only the ones that have purchased something. Along the same lines but a different question (and maybe the same solution) if there is an account in both the CRM and Quickbooks/but the CRM Account number is not filled in within Quickbooks (custom field) that Zapier can check that and push the account number?  Maybe use time of day as a trigger to check. Thank you for your help.

Hi champs!Google Calendar - getting a 403 error when I try to get my zap to publish a new detailed event on someone’s calendar My Zap taps to BambooHR so whenever anyone gets a day off, it should create an full day OOO event in that person’s calendarMy steps are pretty straightforward with Bambooo and I can confirm it’s working well there but When I test Google calendar I’m getting 403 “You need to have writer access to this calendar.”I’m an admin in our enterprise google account I searched online but couldn’t find anything relevant - should I be using a superuser account over at google or is there any other setting I should change?Already read this article but it doesn’t seem so relevant

Hi All, As far as I can tell the “Run Now” option has been removed from the “Instant”  application Zaps. The problem is that they are not instant and when delivering training or just testing, it can be a a while waiting for them to run. Are there any workarounds to manually run instants? Cheers

Problems with Umlauts and special characters

Hello, I am trying to convert text I retrieve from a invoicing tool. The text does contain the german umlauts (ä, ö, ü). And the data is formatted as HTML (i.e. ä = &auml / ü = ü etc.).I used the Zapier Format/Convert HTML to Markdown, but it does convert the umlauts not correctly: &aauml; = a / ü = u. Is there a better way to convert HTML to text with umlauts? Thanks :-)

Sending Tracking Number from Shippo to WooCommerce

We use Shippo (GoShippo.com) to process our UPS orders. It imports all orders from WooCommerce, we pick the ones we want to process using UPS, print a shipping label and we’re given a tracking number. Currently, we have to copy/paste the tracking number back in WooCommerce. When we have tons of orders, that is very time consuming.Now Shippo does send back an Order Note (“Order was shipped with UPS and tracking number is: 1Z00000000”) but it doesn’t attach it to the Order details to the customer can see it on their My Account page.So in conclusion, I want:WHEN shipping label / tracking number is created in ShippoTHEN send back Tracking Number and attach to order details in WooCommerce.Is this even possible? If so, how?Thanks
