Hey @Panna CRM,

Were you able to get an answer from the guide Troy mentioned? I just thought I should also mention here that if you’re unable to whitelist a whole range of IPs, Zapier's calls will always include the header User-Agent: Zapier, so this may be a good alternative.

Hope that helps!

Just wanted to follow up here to summarise the answer for anyone that comes across this thread! :)

  • Zapier uses a dynamic range of AWS IP addresses in the us-east-1 range. The full list of IP addresses is available to view here: https://ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json
  • You can find out more about this and how to translate the IPs into ranges here: Can't access or use Zapier with other apps
  • Alternatively, if you’re unable to whitelist a range of IP addresses, the header could be used to identify calls from Zapier as we always include the following identifier: User-Agent: Zapier
