Internal Server Error

Hey guys

As of 15:30 my local time (GMT+1) I’m experiencing an “Internal Server Error” redirect when I click on “Make a Zap” or “Create a Zap”. 

Is this a general problem or isolated to me?

Yes also experiencing this opening an existing zap

We’re also experiencing this on all existing Zaps. It is not possible to inspect Zaps. In addition, it is not possible to create new Zaps. 

 

Please fix this.

Also, why is it not possible to contact Zapier support directly by phone or livechat to resolve critical issues such as this?

Confirming I was able to replicate the issue of the Zap Editor returning “Internal Server Error”.

UPDATE:  The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented.

We expect this to be resolved in about 5 minutes.

 

Confirming the Zap Editor loads as expected again.
