Zap to remove Line Item Duplicates

So I have a group of Line Items that I converted to text which was retrieved when finding multiple rows in GSheets. They are suppose to be in GSheets like this as only part of the record is duplicate. Agent Name and Email and then the rest of the record is different. But basically I need to send each Agent an Email and not send them multiple emails. I am using these line items individually for another purpose earlier in the Zap so I cant deduplicate or eliminate them before finding the rows or right after pulling them into Zapier.  Any help is appreciated.

How do we get Zoho Desk Tickets that are updated with Comments be pushed to ConnectWise Manage Notes? So I have a Zoho tickets that gets updated with comments, we have a ZAP that:Updated Ticket in Zoho (Successful) Find Ticket in ConnectWise Create Connectwise Note But I do not see any fields for Zoho Desk Comments to create the Note in Connectwise  What am I missing here?

Shopify Triggering a Zap Twice creating duplicate on Monday

Hello, We have a Zap that looks for a New Order (Any Status) on Shopify and then we have a filter to only proceed with Orders that are Paid or Pending. (This was a our solution to make sure both paid and pending orders trigger the zap) The problem is that we have seen the Zap triggered twice by the same Order, with separate Run ID, and create a duplicate new Item on our Monday board. What would cause the Zap to be triggered twice by the same Shopify order? How do we fix this?

Mapping Fields from Typeform to Zoho CRM Lead creation

Hi All,I am trying to integrate Typeform to our Zoho CRM. We use Typeform to capture Leads on our website, which has a series of qualifying questions, some open text, others in multi-select and picklist format. All the fields also are on our Leads module in Zoho. We want to create a new lead with each TF submission (note: Typeform’s direct integration doesn’t work). However, I am getting totally stuck in the UI for mapping these fields.I created a Loom (below) to show my screen and talk through my confusion points, if anyone has a couple of minutes to view and give any insight, I’d greatly appreciate it! Thanks for the support,Colleen

Google Forms to Calendar: Can 1 Zap push to 2 Calendars, or to 1 Calendar of 2 colors?

I’m looking to manage 2 different schedules with 1 zap if possible, or 1 calendar that will publish under 2 different colors. Is that possible? Or is my only option to distinguish between the 2 different calendars to have 2 different forms with respective zaps and calendars?

Filter Slack notification for emails

Hi!Environment: I get CC’d on group emails to clients as I would like to know when automated emails are being sent.Current set up: I use the Gmail string trigger (which pulls up the correct result), and then that sends me a direct message in slack when that particular email is in the inbox.My issue:  if I get Cc’d on 30 emails with the same subject line - I get 30 notifications. I’d like to know how to have Zapier limit the notifications to only one notification to span the 30.  Is there a way to do this?

Hello!I want to migrate my membership to Mighty Networks. It is both a community with exclusive content and a product base membership. Every month members are sent 2 dozen cookies. The community and exclusive content is suppose to be a value add.My question is, I would like to automate every time the memberships get renewed each month, it creates an order in Shippo, so it’s easier for me to manage. Not pulling in metadata from stripe

I’ve seen that some people are experiencing the same issues and I’ve tried some of the solutions suggested, however Zapier doesn’t seem to pulling in the metadata from Stripe? Is anyone else experiencing the same issues? I have two zaps that relied on the use of metadata to determine the source of the payments. Is there any other way to achieve this? such as by which Stripe webhook was triggered for example? Any help would be appreciatedThanks

Updated Field Not Triggering the ZAP

I am starting a zap by looking for a updated field, where the TAGS field is the trigger. When a tag is added, it creates a TAG_NAME object in the list. I believe the zap doesn’t see this trigger event. Can someone help me? TAG_NAME is not a option I can select from the list either. I thought about tagging all records and refreshing data to see if Zapier sees the new object, but it doesn’t.I am working with Insightly CRM.In my coding mind, I would think everytime there is a tag change TAGS: should rotate between values such as 1 and 2. Oddly, TAG_NAME shows up when I am in a filter step.

Distribute Wix Leads via email in a round robin to sales people

Hi,  I currently am receiving leads from my wix website and forwarding the leads manually to one sales person at a time in a sort of round robin fashion. As the leads increase it is becoming overwhelming. I a curious if there is a way to have the emails automatically redirected to a list of emails using zapier.  (A few specifics about the way my site is set up: (1) I am creating new forms all the time, but all forms come to the same inbox, which is why I think that having them redistributed from the email stage is the best option. (2) It would be great if there is a way to edit the email list based on which sales people are there that day etc.) Thank you!

Does anyone have the Facebook Conversions API actually working?

Hello,Given the rollout of iOS 14.5 this week, we’re keen to get the Salesforce → Zapier → Facebook Conversions API working.However, we’re stuck.We’ve got the data flowing from Salesforce to Zapier no problem. And it *appears* like we’ve got the data flowing from Zapier to FB Conversion API (we get a success response from FB).However, in the FB Event Manager, we see this: Which would imply that the events are not getting passed through to FB because there would more than our 1 test event showing up.If you’ve got this working, can you raise your hand so I can ask you a few questions about your set-up?Thank you!Phillip.

Zapier -> Google Sheets

I have a zap setup to update a google sheet (Sheet A) when a sale is made, and then within Google (Sheet B) I pull data from Google (Sheet A) but when the zap triggers it adds another row to sheet B for some reason so the data cant be pulled (i.e. row 18 to row 18). Did I set this up wrong?? How would I fix it?

Zapier - Stripe: create a subscription to the specific people only

Hello,  I am offering this plan to my customers:a monthly subscription for 7.99€ with the first month discounted (3.99€) The way it works right now is as follows:someone purchases the plan on my ClickFunnels website which automatically creates a one-time 3.99€ charge on Stripe The issue is:I need to manually add subscription to all these customers I would like:Stripe to assign the subscription automatically to these new customers (hopefully with the help of Zapier) However, the limitation on Zapier I see is:that I can’t filter out which customers are assigned this subscription. I am offering multiple products so don’t want to add this subscription to every new customer. I tried to add a filter step, but I couldn’t find “Product ID/name” or something similar based on which I could filter my customers.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Inserting Row into Excel but skip first column

Hi thereI am new to Zapier and just creating my first project.  I have searched the forum for an answer with no success so forgive me if this is very basic stuff.I am already successfully retrieving data from a FastField form and inserting it into a customers existing Excel file. The data is then stored in the Excel file against a prefined job no which already exists in column A.  Is there a method of inserting the retrieved data whilst leaving the job number in column A?So in summary, I would like to add data from FastField into cells B2, C2, D2 & E2 whilst leaving the Job number in Column A.  The next record received would then be stored in B3, C3, D3 & E3 etc.Many thanks.

Outlook sending to multiple email addresses delimiter

Hello.How can I send emails via Outlook to a list of recipients without having to enter each email individually in the ‘To Email(s)’ box?I have tried comma’s, semicolons, quotation marks, double and single, with and without spaces, etc. For example:“email1”,”email2”email1, email2None of it works. It would save me sooooo much time if I can send it to a list of people.  Any ideas? Thank you!Roelie

Shopify Order Line Per Product

Hi all, This is probably quite a basic question but I just can’t seem to work it out...Last week I successfully set up a zap to ad a row to my Excel file for every new Shopify order. So far this has been working like a charm. However, it would be even better to add a row for every product purchased. This made me wonder if it would be possible to set up the following:For every product purchased within every new Shopify order a new row should be added to my excel file.At first it seemed like I should just duplicate the zap and change the value for the product column. But then how do I make sure the amount of rows added matches the amount of products purchased?This would probably require some sort of for-loop, but how should I set that up within Zapier?Any help would be appreciated!

HI  I try to send emails with pdf attachments to google drive. save attachments to google drive and send the an email to a new email address with a new title and body text.  ich can save the files to google drive but it creates a Zip file.    i can unzip with using ConvertAPI but then it creates URL  and this ulr I dont know how I bring them back to google drive ?  how can I download them to google drive to send them away by email ?  when I upload again to google drive then it uploads again zip or just a txt. but I need the PDF file.  thank you find advance for any help

Can you use Zapier to remove or delete people/users from apps and FB groups?

Hi There,I am playing around more with how we can use zapier to streamline areas of our business. We work with a number of clients that are currently set up in a CRM system, PTD app and a private FB group. Is there a way when we remove a client from one it removes them from the others? Don’t mind the order to do this but would be great if instead of having to remove the client from all 3 places we can just do in one click. I am a complete beginner at this so any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks,Becky
