I am trying to make a zap that makes a new event in my outlook calendar once I make a google calendar event. It just keeps using the test event time as my start and end time. How do I make the outlook new event match the new google event time and date?

I want to share a Google Calendar event on Facebook with the JPG image, not just the URL

Have a google calendar with events. Want to share on Facebook Page calendar entry 5 minutes before start. Added field TITLE and DESCRIPTION and Link to file.  The JPG that is in Google Drive is set to PUBLIC so the url is viewable by anyone in Google. I want to have the JPG and not the URL to show in the FB Post. I am only getting the URL by using the Attachment: URL field. Something changed as it used to work in 2022.  Any help appreciated.

Increment certain field in Airtable when a payment is made in Stripe.

Hi all, I was able to successfully integrate stripe and air table but I can't figure out how to update one of my airtable fields incrementally.Here is my use case: I'm basically charging people for credits and I need to reflect those credits in the users table so I can keep track of them.If user purchases a 10 pack, I'm trying to figure out how to add the number 10 into the credits table. Another case is IF the credits table already has 3 credits in it THEN the new purchased on 10 needs to get added so the total in that field is now 13.Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

How can I have Zapier switch to a new worksheet automatically

Hello Zapier Community, We have a Google sheet that documents all the transactions taking place.For each month we have its own tab. At the beginning of each month, we have to manually change the zaps to use the tab representing that new month. Is there a way to have Zapier automatically switch to the new month tab depending on the month the transaction is created?I tried different ways of trying to set this up without any luck. Any help or tips would be appreciated.Thanks!

How to target an excel spreadsheet (to add a row to) with form data

I have a separate excel spreadsheet for every job opening posted on my site — for candidate submissions to be populated into.The candidate submission form contains all the necessary data to be able to target the specific spreadsheet by its file name (using a “Custom” input versus one of the radio options for existing files under “Spreadsheet”). No matter what I put there for the “Custom” input, the next step (Worksheet) always shows “Unable to load choices. We're having trouble loading 'Worksheet' data. The app returned "Invalid request".” ...For “Custom” I’ve tried typing in the file name itself, I’ve tried typing in that ID that appears below the file name in the options under “Spreadsheet”. The only way to get the 'Worksheet' data to return Sheet 1 {000-000...etc} is to click the file name under Spreadsheet (vs “Custom”), but I can’t do that because I need the zap to target a worksheet based on the form submission.Perhaps there is a specific syntax to making a “Custom” input be able

Can I update or create Pardot prospects with customer journey & multi-touch attribution from LinkedIn Ads response?

I’ve been playing around with a zap that will create or update prospects in Pardot for me.  The Trigger is: New Lead Gen Form Response in LinkedIn AdsAction: Find Prospect in Pardot (maps back to email from LinkedIn), and create new Pardot prospect if it doesn’t exist yet (mapping all relevant fields back from LinkedIn to Pardot, including Lead Source, etc.) I’m unsure what the first action is doing though - will it update the prospect if it does find it, and create a new one if it doesn’t? Or will it just check if there is one, and if not, create one? Would love to be able to update the prospect for the customer journey + multi touch attribution, if possible. Thanks!

How do I save a file from a URL to Google Drive when a new URL is provided?

Hi Guys, I am new to Zapier. I am trying to download a file from a url and save it with a specific name in my google drive. For some reason I cannot seem to find a straightforward way to do so.Some of the URLs trigger a download like http://71.172.45.51/datav2 and some are to a file like http://inventory.jovani.com/wip.csv  , https://benjamin-walk.com/download/bwinventory.xlsxIn make.com I can use an http get a file trigger and save the files to my google drive. I cannot find the equivalent action in Zapier.  Thank You

I'm trying to set a featured image in a WordPress post using the Upload Media in WordPress action

I’m trying to set the featured image for a wordpress post through zapier. I thought the featured media might accomplish this but image isn’t pushed to be the featured image for the Wordpress Post. Is there another way around this or is there something I’m doing wrong? Using the link from the upload media to WP zap works within the content portion of the zap but doesn’t work as the featured media.

I have a spreadsheet that pulls WooCommerce orders through Zapier, and includes all their order information including their email address. After purchase, the customer is instructed to sign a waiver on JotForm by clicking on a link in the purchase thank you page.Once the client signs the form in JotForm, I would like a checkbox automatically marked in a Google Sheet. The information in the Google Sheet is pulled from WooCommerce through Zapier.How do I set up a Zap so that when the customer signs their waiver after making their WooCommerce purchase, it searches for their email address in the spreadsheet, and automatically marks the checkbox?

Zap from thinkific to kartra asking for specific lead info- not understanding

Hello,I currently have my online course on Thinkific and run Webinar plays to it. However, my funnel pages are built on Kartra, but the checkout is through Thinkific. To make sure I correctly tag people as “Clients” when they purchase or enroll in my course, I am setting up a zap to trigger through Thinkific enrollment to “tag” that person as a client in kartra. The problem is that the forms to fill out for this zap in the kartra section are making me put specific client information, asking for a client email address and also an “ID”. This defeats the whole purpose of having zapier if I have to manually enter information everytime for a new client that purchases my course. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong? It should be automated once they purchase or enroll in the course on Thinkific to then get tagged in Kartra without me having to input any client info manually..

Hi Zapier Community,I am currently exploring the possibility of creating an a zap to expedite and streamline my email responses. The intended workflow involves an automation trigger (i.e., google sheets) when I receive an email query about a specific topic (for instance, "X").Upon receiving such an email, I'd like to input the sender's name and the title of the requested information (such as "Real Estate", "Wills", etc.) into a google form. Subsequently, Zapier would automatically pull the relevant pre-prepared content from the Text Expander app and populate it into the reply email.Could you kindly advise if this is a feasible workflow within Zapier's current capabilities? Any guidance, suggestions, or shared experiences on implementing such an automation would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Zapier Community,I am currently using Zapier's OpenAI integration for my project and have some queries regarding data security and privacy.As per OpenAI's data usage policies, "OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or improve our models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with us for this purpose. You can opt-in to share data." I wanted to understand if the same policy applies when using the Zapier OpenAI integration.My specific questions are: Does the data passed through Zapier to OpenAI for processing adhere to OpenAI's data usage policies? In other words, is the data used only for the immediate request and not utilized for improving OpenAI models, unless I explicitly opt-in to share it? I want to make sure that the "opt-in to share data" option is deactivated by default in the Zapier OpenAI integration. Is this the case? If it is not deactivated, could you guide me on how to ensure it's deactivated? I highly value data privacy and

How do I create new contact and deal properties in HubSpot using the Chrome Extension trigger?

Hubspot has a “Properties API” (https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/properties) but unless I’m missing something, Zapier doesn’t have an action that leverages it. I’m looking to create some new contact and deal properties within Hubspot via Zapier.  I would manually trigger this action via the Zapier Chrome Extension as needed.  Could anyone point me in the right direction on what action I should be using?

Retaining Text Formatting when Appending Text to Word Document from OpenAI Prompts

I am sending prompts to openai and gathering information and then dropping it into a word document. The first ‘drop’ created the doc and the formatting is clean. The second ‘drop’ after ai i prompted to generate the content uses ‘append text to document’ and all of its formatting is stripped out. Any idea how to keep the formatting? It turns it into one large paragraph of text.

I have a bunch of existing marketing emails in Hubspot.   When someone signup a form, I want to send them the same marketing email using Zapier automatically.  However, I don’t see any function in the Zap that allows me to send marketing emails.  The Marketing Emails are already done, we just need to “send one more person”.  Please help.  Thanks.

However, before sending the images we want to pre-select which images to use. It could be for example that images number 1, 3, 4, 8 & 10 will be used. This needs to be selected manually.What type of adjustments or other integrations would you recommend that we first get (a notification in order) to select the correct images and afterwards pressing the continue button? Or even before transferring the data into the table to pre-select the images...

Schedule a zap to read all sheets data and update them in MySQL

I’ve done successfuly a Zap that triggers to New or Updated Rows in Sheets and then update it in MySQL. But, I’m not being able to do the same using another trigger, like Schedule. Why I’m not archieving? Simples: As long “New or Updated Row” is a trigger, I cannot put a trigger before that. I tried to reproduce that zap using Schedule trigger, but there’s none option in Sheets integration to read a sheet or got values from that, to export to another place. What I want? To set a Schedule that everyday at 7 AM my spreadsheet got sync with my DB in MySQL. Any idea how to do it?

Time Based URL Redirection

Hi there!  Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish:Create ONE URL link (a forwarder) that forwards to one of several other URLs based on time.For example:If it’s between the 1st and 10th of the month, the link forwards to DEST1.If it’s between the 11th and the 20th of the month, the link forwards to DEST2.If it’s between the 21st and the 31st of the month, the link forwards to DEST3.BUT:  The original link (the forwarder,) must be static and never change.Any ideas?
