Trigger a Zap from text message?

Is it possible to trigger a zap from a text message?  That is, I would like to send a text message that will trigger a zap that will execute a command on my server.  The text message must be from a specific number, and contain specific text.

Is anything like this possible?

You can use Twilio New SMS as the Zap trigger followed by a Filter step:
