Zapier "unable to load choices" for channel options from Slack

As of this morning, I am unable to select a Slack channel to send notifications to when a card is moved to a specific list in Trello. I have reset the authorizations on both Slack and Trello several times and nothing. I even copied a working Zap with the exact same permissions and simply tried to change the channel and that is not an option either. It seems every time I get something working through your platform, something inevitably breaks. Its getting a little frustrating and I think I’ll start spending my time looking for alternatives soon. After digging through the channel, it seems I am not the only one who is encountering a similar issue.

How to get Clickup Template List to go into the Folder that was created in previous step?

I have a zap set up to create a folder for a client coming from Hubspot.  After the folder is created...depending upon another field a list needs to be created in that folder.  I can get the folder and list to be created...but can’t get the list to go into the folder.  How can I make that work?

Wait or delay Zap to prevent duplicate Freshdesk tickets being created

Not sure how to go about doing this, but here’s my trigger/Zap along with what I want to fix. This is a zap going from Airtable to Freshdesk1] When a record is modified in Airtable (Checked via last modified)2] Create a new ticket in FreshdeskWorks almost exactly as intended. However, if a customer is editing multiple fields in the same record, we get multiple tickets. Edit 5 fields? We’re getting 5 new tickets. Is there a way to suppress ticket creation, so, for example, a customer could enter in data for a record (Maybe give them 5-10 minutes at a time) before sending a ticket over?

Amazon SES Authentication

Has anyone else received an error when attempting to connect to Amazon SES service?  I have verified the credentials and even used them on Integromat to successfully connect.  Zapier, on the other hand, gives me this error:  authentication failed: An error occurred (SignatureDoesNotMatch) when calling the ListVerifiedEmailAddresses operation: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details.

Cannot get a response from Zapier

This is my last effort before looking for an alternative to Zapier.We have an issue where occasionally the State will not be populated to Salesforce even though it’s included in the incoming data.  I know the field is mapped correctly because it works 95% of the time. The Zap works like this.A Hubspot Form is created The email is used to search for an existing contact in Salesforce. If there is no match a new contact record is created using the form submission fields, including the state. A new record related to the contact, called inquiries, is then created with form specific details, like comments but it also includes the address information.In these few cases, the State is populated on the form and does populate in the Inquiries record but not the Salesforce contact record. It then requires the person processing leads to check the inquiries and populate the state from the inquiry record which is not a feasible solution. Side note - I’ve submitted three tickets to Zapier since 8/19 t

Search all rows in Google Sheets for a value

I need some help getting a Zap to work. I have a sheet with all of the meetings we’ve had this month. When we close a deal we set a field to “Yes”.  Until then, it’s marked “No”.I would love to have Zapier, find all  of the rows marked “No”.  Then I’d love to lookup the user in Chargebee.How do I set the Zap so that it doesn’t stop at the first “No” that it finds.  I would like it to find all of the “No” rows and complete the steps that follow. I see that we can “Get many” but that limits me to 20 and I may need far more than 20How do I format the step to find all of those rows and not just the first “No”

Remove line items from imported .csv

Hi,I receive a daily .csv report in Gmail then use Zapier to create a task in ClickUp for each line item in the report.My issue is that some line items in the .csv don’t require a task to be created. So I’d like to filter those out prior to creating a task in ClickUp.My questions are:Can I remove line items meeting a certain condition after step 2 below? Can I add a filter step to the loop without prohibiting the loop to execute for the remaining line items?

Problems with triggers of Sellsy

Hi, I have a small problem with Sellsy triggers in Zapier.My goal is to import my lead contacts from Sellsy into a contact list named "Prospect" on SendinBlue. And do the same for my B2B customers and my B2C customers. The problem is that my zap is activated when I create a company in Sellsy (should normally correspond to "New Company in Sellsy") while the trigger is supposed to be activated when a company is updated (the trigger of my zap is "Updated Company in Sellsy"). I let you see the history on this screenshot https://ibb.co/xzmWYzk. As a result, there is no difference between the two triggers and it doesn't allow me to change Prospects to Pro customers in my Sendinblue lists once this change is done in Sellsy. Moreover, as you will notice, it created a nice loop in Zapier that spent all my tasks in just a few minutes (see https://ibb.co/8KFVdsb).Have you ever encountered a similar problem? Checkbox problem between Gravity Form and Sellsy

Hello, I have a small problem between Gravity Form and Sellsy with Zapier.I can't understand, I made a zap that follows the answers of a prospect registration form on my website ( https://www.jaimemesdents.fr/contact/professionnel/ ). The answers to this form are then sent to Sellsy via a Zap.In this form, there are simple conditions. We show this or that checkbox depending on the response to the radio button above. The checkboxes are absolutely identical except for the condition. However, in my Zap, the information retrieved is different (see these screenshots https://ibb.co/0s4jf6z and https://ibb.co/2yXWBH3). And since the answer received by the first screenshot (https://ibb.co/0s4jf6z) is not presented as a classic checkbox, it is not valid and it blocks the rest of my zap.To make it work, I had to (temporarily) remove the checkboxes in question by radio buttons. Need help setting up detailed Google Calendar event using information from FareHarbor booking

I am using Zapier to populate my Google Calendar with the bookings I get through Fareharbor for our services.  The problem is when I am trying to set up the detailed event in Google Calendar with Zapier, I can’t find and match up the inputs from our booking form within Zapier’s INSERT DATA function so that everything will correctly populate in Google Calendar. I think what is actually required here is a simple fix, but Zapier staff say I must pay a pro something like $150 an hour to assist me. So our membership fees don’t include any help, which is rather irritating.

HubSpot error: Property "date_contact_created" does not exist

error setting up an airtable to hubspot zap : Property values were not validdate_contact_created: Property "date_contact_created" does not exist,i've been trying various fixes by adding the date fields i have on airtable but it still comes up, checked the common problems with hubspot article as well, unfortunately it doesn’t really help with this specific error, i could be wrong,pls let me know how I can get this fixed.  Thanks in advance

Allow Eventbrite attendees to select Mailchimp groups they are interested in

My Eventbrite attendees can check ‘keep up to date with news from this organizer’ and what that does is add them to my MailChimp mailing list, but specifically to the first group option on my list. This is not appropriate because they didn’t select that particular interest. I need to give them the group option selection up front...how do I do this? Thanks!

Limit to number of Acuity triggers in a single day?

Hi all!I have a Zap which is two steps:Appointment is created in Acuity Create a case in ZendeskToday, one of our appointments was not converted to a case. I looked at the Zap and see that it was never triggered. There’s no error or anything from what I can see.In addition to this Zap, we have one which edits a Zendesk case when the appointment is rescheduled and another which closes the case when the appointment is cancelled. We had quite a few events in Acuity today - could it be that we ran into some kind of limitation in Acuity or Zendesk? Has anyone experienced this before?And I have already checked - we have over 1,000 tasks left for this month so it was not a limitation on our Zapier account from what I can see. Any thoughts on this are appreciated. Thanks! Update: The appointment was scheduled at 2:11 PST and the Zap was just triggered at 2:58 PST. Beste lezer, Ik ben opzoek naar iemand die verstand heeft van API en webhooks. Ik heb een zap gekregen van iemand die het mogelijk maakt dat wanneer een klant een bestelling plaatst op mijn website, dat deze gegevens naar MyParcel worden verstuurd (zie bijlage). Nu wil ik van hieruit dat deze labels automatisch worden doorgestuurd naar mijn mailadres (in PDF) en gesorteerd worden onder ''Labels in Gmail'' , zodat wanneer ik de PC aan zet, ik vanuit Gmail de verzend labels gemakkelijk kan versturen naar mijn printer. De pakbonnen komen automatisch al binnen in Gmail vanuit mijn betaalsoftware. Als de verzend labels dan ook binnenkomen via Gmail, dan kan ik alles mooi regelen vanuit een centraal punt als Gmail. De koppeling met mijn betaalsoftware en Zapier is al gemaakt ( Invite Only) Ook staat er al een filter ingesteld van welke gegevens verzameld moeten worden. Can I send a text to multiple phone numbers?

Hello,  I have many married contacts to whom I need to send important information over SMS.  My question is this: can I configure Zapier to send a text to every phone number I have on file for my contacts. In other words- can I send a text to multiple phone numbers.  Occasionally, one or more phone numbers on file for my contacts is not available for sending- either it is an internal phone number or incomplete, entered incorrectly or something else. If one of the phone numbers can not be reached, would zapier still send SMS to the remaining, valid numbers?

Data from Shopify no longer being added to Facebook Offline Event Set

Hi everyone, I hope this is the correct place to pose this question, and I am generally new to Zapier and its community so any/all help will be greatly appreciated!For some background, I used a Zap template from a YouTube video which functions to send Purchase conversion event data from Shopify to Facebook on an Offline Conversion Event data set. Everything was working perfectly prior to Saturday; all my Zaps were running successfully but all of a sudden on Saturday, I noticed that much of my data, that normally gets sent through Zapier, was MISSING on Facebook.Whereas prior to Saturday, I was getting 100% of my recorded purchase events on Shopify to be sent properly through Zapier to Facebook, I am now only getting roughly 1-5 purchase events to send and populate on Facebook. I actually went on vacation this weekend, so I kid you not when I say I did not touch ANYTHING on Zapier, Shopify, OR Facebook, when everything all of a sudden stopped working. As I’ve said, my Zaps are working p

Rounding errors when using BigCommerce orders to make Xero invoices

I have a Zap integration working between BigCommerce and Xero.   I have a trigger setup on BigCommerce for “Waiting Fulfilment” orders to create an Invoice in Xero.The problem is that I’m getting rounding errors where in some cases (when the order has multiple items) the invoice total in Xero is out by a few pence/cents vs. the bigcommerce order.I think I’ve narrowed down the issue to the fact that Bigcommerce calculates its total using a unit price accurate to four decimal places,  whereas the default setting on the Xero API only has the unit price accurate to two decimal places.  See screenshots attached.According to Xero documentation,   in order to get the default unit precision increased from two decimal places to four decimal places,  I need to append the API request with ?unitdp=4e.g. PUT and POST invoices - https://api.xero.com/api.xro/2.0/Invoices?unitdp=4 PUT and POST items - https://api.xero.com/api.xro/2.0/Items?unitdp=4Is it possible to somehow trick the Zapier integration

WooCommerce Subscription with ClickFunnels payment collection

Hello, I am trying to understand the possibilities of taking payment in ClickFunnels and then connecting that payment to a subscription and membership in WooCommerce.In WooCommerce, the membership area is denied to anyone who doesn’t pay their subscription. This works fine when taking payment in WooCommerce. Will this same protocol be followed when using a Zap from ClickFunnels to WooCommerce? Thank you so much for your help!

Sending random survey participants a voucher by email

Hey all, I would like to automatically sent a prize voucher every 1st day of the month, to a random participant who completed a survey the month before.Tools I’m using:Zapier (DUH) (subscription) Surveymonkey (subscription) Google slides Microsoft ExcelHere’s what I have and what I’m struggling with:I’ve connected Surveymonkey to MS Excel through zapier to collect the email addresses. And in a different Zap, I was able to automatically sent an email with a voucher (based on GSlides template) attached. But for me the difficult part is to randomly select a participant every first day of the month, based on the data of the month before.I was playing around with the scheduling trigger. But I wasn’t able to follow that one up with the right action to select a the latest participant of the previous month, let alone a random one. As you can see below. I had trigger done right. Then I used the formatter to create ‘the month before’. And there I got stuck. What is your advice to create a smooth
