Trigger for sending an outlook meeting request

I am looking to use Zapier to create a new meeting request based on data coming from Smartsheet.   Is this possible? Is there any app that i could use to auto send calendar invites to Outlook?

Anyone else having trouble with images from Instagram?

Trying to build multiple Zaps, from Instagram to Facebook Page, and from Instagram to Twitter, and from Instagram to Linkedin.    I think they’re set up correctly, this same setup works fine with my other account. But on these, the images will not come through? I get the caption, and links and everything, but the images will not come through. In the preview, it’s not showing, and on the Zap, it shows up as “media URL no data”  I’ve tried a few different options, IG Business and normal IG.  Redone the Zap a few times, but the results are the same.    Any ideas?  The only idea I can think of, is that I’m an admin to these pages, but not the original owner, and maybe there’s some kind of permission issue? I got an email from Zapier saying there’s an error: Facebook Pages: (#100) Page Public Metadata Access requires either app secret proof or an app token  There’s no error message 100 on Zapiers help docs. Hubspot Contact Update to Airtable

Hello,  I am curious to as if there is a way to have Zapier wait say thirty minutes and then sweep our CRM for contact updates and then send them to Airtable? Reason being is the client will not pay for a Zapier plan that will have the 50,000 tasks they need in order to have this type of Zap run instantly. The client usually is on the phone or working on one specific contact for at least 15 minutes and making various property changes that equate to a lot of tasks. If Zapier could wait a set amount of time and then check to see if anything has changed/contact I would hope this would help reduce the amount of tasks used/day.   Any help is greatly appreciated!

Today around 3:00 AM all my integrations with 123formbuilder stopped running. I can't identify errors, as they don't even appear in the task history. Is it possible for Dagger to listen to data sent within an Ethereum transaction?

Hello all,   I’m working on integrating Dagger and I’m curious if there’s a way to use Zapier with Dagger to read a transaction’s data field, convert the HEX data to ascii, and taking that ascii information onto the next step of the transaction? If so, that would be super helpful for what I’m trying to do.   Otherwise, if that’s not possible, are there any workarounds that similarly allow for the integration of the Ethereum blockchain transactions or smart contracts with the transferral of inputted data through Zapier? The main issue here is Dagger’s possible integrations within Zapier but I really like both the platforms and the possibility of scaling/automating each occurance.   Any help is appreciated!

Can't pull Google worksheet data when looking up row after triggering from New Spreadsheet

    Ultimate Goal I’m trying to trigger sending a PDF of my google sheet (one worksheet or a group of specific worksheets) to a recipient that is defined in a row in my sheet, as well as the subject and the body of the email. Our team utilizes a template that i’ve made to create new sheets, so I can’t attach zaps to this specific file, since they work on copies. I already have a working script in my sheet that makes a copy of the sheet and puts it into a specific folder on our team drive, so I can trigger based on detecting a new sheet. (If there is a better way to trigger a zap on a template copy, and pull data from that specific copy every time, i’m open to suggestions) The Zap So Far I’m making the first step of this Zap “New Spreadsheet in Google Sheets.” It finds the sheet fine. Stripe Subscription Transactions Zap

Using Stripe, is it possible to trigger a zap to run each time a monthly subscription is run? We’re trying to setup a zap to send each monthly transaction information over to our CRM for tracking.   We have monthly and one-time donations setup in the same Stripe account, so I don’t think we can trigger it to run off of just a New Charge since that would also collect the one-time donations (those are already being logged separately).   Anyone have any ideas on how to setup this trigger? Ideally it’d be something like “Existing Subscription Charge”, but obviously that’s not a clearcut option.

I would like Pipeline Deals to zap Estimate Rocket when a deal stage has moved. Most of the fields are pulling data except for the address fields. The address fields are required for my zap. How can I get the data to pull from the Pipeline Deals address field? Thank you.

So I have a software called convertsnap which is a conversion notification and lead generation tool for site pop ups and forms.    I have get response as my autoresponder.    I am told that in order to drop the lead into my autoresponder account I have to use webhook url.   Beyond this i have no understanding on what to do   Please help

Separating multiple emails

Is there a way to include multiple e-mail fields in to one email field that’s going to zap over to MailChimp?    Example: Someone does not want to receive communications from us on step 1, but on step 3 of our form they tick the box, so we are trying to include these to or more fields where customer might enter their email address and pass it using a zap over to MailChimp’s one signal e-mail field. I tried to just include all 3 fields, but the zap is giving me an error. Comma also didn’t work.   Update: I have tried to include 3 different fields, but the issue happens when 2 or all 3 out of 3 have email address in them. Then the zap tries to pass an email address as xxx@xxx.comxxx@xxx.com   Is there a way I can include OR between these emails?

Error adding participants to Calendar event

We have a zap that, when a new record is created in an Airtable base (this is someone who signed up for practice sessions), should invite them to the corresponding event.   First it broke because it stopped finding the event. I found this article that describes this issue, so I added an intermediate “Find event” step to get the event ID.   Now it broke because it finds the event, but returns an error reading“The app returned "Internal error encountered."” when trying to send the invite. (see attached image) I can’t find anything specific about the error, or any information online about it. It was working fine until June 13th, can you think of anything that might have broke? Hi guys,   Until some months ago I could receive all leads from face ads at google Sheets, very simple. Each field from face forms went to this specific cell in a specific head column.  But suddenly now the message is:  “Required field "name" (name) is missing.” Troubleshoot error But now i want to add a step to copy at Trello the same view of Google Sheets. And how to fix it?   At field “nome”(name in English) there it is. The field is ok.

I'm a Pro Plan trial user, does Filter by Zapier count as a multi-step Zap or can I use it in a single step Zap?

So I have linked my Airtable to GCal and I currently have 2 Zaps running, which are multi-step. The steps are 2 variations of: New record in Airtable database → Using Filter by Zapier, check if an attribute of that record equals a particular value → Create GCal Event from record.   I went through the pricing and plans, and it looks like premium apps and multi-step Zaps are not available in the free plan, only in the Pro plan and upwards. I would just like to confirm whether Filter by Zapier is a premium or free app, and also whether utilising it counts as a multi-step Zap instead of a single step one.   If this particular use case can be solved by the Free plan, I can actually use Zapier for my business, but otherwise, looks like I’m going to have to find another solution. Appreciate any help you peeps can give me, thanks in advance!

Adafruit and Google Calendar Connection

Hi everyone, I am planning to zap Google Calendar and Adafruit Feeds together so I can receive data on my ESP8266 from Adafruit. Following some guides online, they instructed me to choose “Custom Options” from the dropdown in the Feed Key field, but there is no option there :0 So I’m stuck here between a rock and a hard place not being able to progress   This is my first time using Zapier, and I do not know what I can do to fix this issue, can anyone help?

Hi, Whenever a new row is added from Zapier to my Sheet in Google it copies the formatting & style from the previous row, for example in the photo attached: The row marked in green was like row #3 and i added a Strikethrough style (manually), the row marked in RED is a new entry from WPForms and it copied the Strikethrough style from row #4, but i don’t want it to have an style.   How can i fix this?   Thanks.

Upvoting and downvoting using. zaps (reddit-style)

I want to create an upvoting and downvoting functionality. How can I achieve that using zaps? This is the workflow I’ve set up right now: https://webflow.com/blog/upvote-system Weblow List items → Webflow Update item.  It works fine but there are some limitations.  I’m now thinking to integrate a form that allows users to submit an item to my webflow page. Then using te present workflow to let them upvote items posted. Workflow would be as follow: Webflow form → Webflow post CMS Collections item Weblow List items → Webflow Update item.  This works but isn't quite scalable cause it would result in a very large amount of zaps.  Is there anyway I can achieve a better and smarter results without having to use so many zaps? I’m not forced to stay in webflow and I am open to explore different solutions and integrations.   Maybe Airtable base? Or a Trello board with upvoting which zap to Webflow?   I need: A tool to create databases of items. A form submission that allows user to

Holding Zaps Until I say so

I have a need to delay a series/number of Zaps until I manually say they can continue. Perhaps with a slack message or something like that. Any idea’s on how I can do this?   More specificaly, here is what I’m dealing with.    A lead opts into a sales funnel where they want a “SMS Market Valuation” of their home.  A text with unique link to a google form is sent to the relevant Realtor to complete the valuation The results of his valuation make it to a Google Form which is the content for a Dynamic webpage hosted by Duda.co An SMS is sent to the lead with their unique URL with their valuation on a landing page.    The problem is, Duda won’t publish the new pages automatically. So once or twice a day, I have to manually publish any new content. So, between steps 3 & 4 I want to “hold” the zaps until i give some sort of “confirmation” (maybe a slack message) that they can go ahead.

Hello, I would like to create a zap for the following: 1. when a new file arrives in my dropbox, then should 2. via Webhook, this file is to be sent using the POST command. The structure would be: POST URL: https://....... Paylodtyp: Form DATA: Attachment[upload] > The file from the dropbox Unfortunately I am facing the problem that in the body only the link to the file is added and my target only accepts real files. If I do something like this with Postman, it works wonderfully. Unfortunately not with paper. Does anyone have an idea ????? Greetings

Tried integrating Hubspot with Kartra, but the tags, list and sequence tasks are not successful.

Hi,  I’m trying to integrate Hubspot to Kartra. The trigger is New Contact in Hubspot, fetching the email and first name of the lead from hubspot. I was trying to subscribe the lead automatically to a list and sequence, and I also tried having a tag once it’d be created in Kartra. The lead was successfully created in Kartra. The tag, list and sequence didn’t work. Primarily, I tried subscribing the lead to a list and sequence, but after two attempts, it didn’t work. The next thing I did, I tried using a tag from Kartra, but lead that was created didn’t have any tag as well. What could be the problem?    The concern also, it showed in the Task History in Zapier that the tasks were succesfully executed, but only the lead creation was successful.    Hope you can give us light to this.

Zap is not working

Hi! I set up a zap to create a new task in Celoxis project when an epic is created in my JIRA Instance through JQL:  issuetype = Epic OR issuetype = “New Feature” the test ran OK for the zap, I turned it on, but nothing happens. I created a bunch of Epics in JIRA, they are not appearing in the project I specified for Celoxis or anywhere wlse. Could you help me?

Do wait steps before filters count against task limits?

Trying to figure out if I will be charged a task if my zap has a trigger, then wait, then filter, and the filter successfully filters out the person.   I know I would not be charged a task if the wait step was not there, but trying to figure out how this could impact things.   Does anyone know? Thanks!
