Array/Boolean Fields - send to CloudFirestore

Hi

i make database in Cloud Firestore , But there are two types of data that I didn't know how to create in jotforms : array , boolean fileds .

How do I create a form containing these two fields in order to be able to send them to database in Cloud Firestore ?
