Hello, Community of Zapier.Do you have any guidance on connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with Attentive. We want to send user information from this platform to the other (new suscriber in sms, etc.).Currently, we have connected by Zapier the information from Attentive (user registrations and cancellations with sms/email) to Salesforce Service Cloud but not vice versa.If you can pass me documentation for our IT department, I would appreciate it.Thank you very much. I currently sell private content using Squarespace members area. As far as I’m concerned, no other website builder really comes close in terms of showcasing premium Members only content as Squarespace.However, the commerce functionalities in Squarespace are definitely lacking - for example, there’s no multi-currency checkout, no international/localized payment methods, etc. It’s pretty frustrating if you’re selling in several different markets.Is there any way to integrate a Shopify landing page/checkout with a Squarespace Members area? So in other words, customers can sign up through the Shopify landing page, using the Shopify checkout, but then once they’ve paid they’re directed to the ‘backend’ which is the Squarespace members area?How can Zapier help with this? Any feedback is appreciated.
Our Sales team uses user.com to keep track of their deals. They’d like to be able to see any new tasks created in a JIRA cloud project, to appear under Deals in user.com.Ideally An issue is created on JIRA cloud with [CLIENT_NAME] as part of the summary. Is it possible to append that summary to a deal on user.com, if it contains the “CLIENT_NAME” in its name?
I have a google sheets calendar list of events. I have it sorted by dates. I would I be able to import it in to Google Calendar as events? I work for a music department at a school district in NM. We have programs from elementary up to High school. This calendar has school names, type of programs, date, time and location of program. I cant seem to figure out to import from sheets to calendar. Any Help would be appreciated.

The Firebase transfer allows to create new records in Firestore database. But, there is no way to update a record. It only allows to create and update selection on Firebase Realtime Database.Will there be support to not only create but update documents in Firestore Database ?
Hi! When a new client enrolls in our program, I want to pull information from Hubspot and put it onto a document. I am able to successfully locate a contact in Hubspot using a “Find Contact in Hubspot” search step. I want to then pull the initial notes we have on that contact, but I am unable to. I have been using the “Additional properties to Retrieve” section to try to pull the first note we have on a client, which works for many other values I am trying to pull, but not for the notes specifically. The closest I have gotten is pulling the ID of the first notes on a client. My assumption is that I just can’t figure out what that field is called since there is so much data you can pull from Hubspot, but I would love any and all advice. Maybe if I knew what the field was called I could try out the code by Zapier function? Thank you!
How do I create a zap to pull all existing content from Instagram into a Google Sheet? I have a zap set up to automate when a new post is created on Instagram, but how do I get all the rest of the posts in the same spreadsheet? My zap stopped working unbeknownst to me and discovered months of content didn’t get sent over. Any help is appreciated. 2nd question - does anyone know how to create a zap that clicks a downloadable video link in a google sheet and saves the file to Google Drive?
I manage a team and we use Google Workspace Shared Drives. I am trying to get a notification via email when a file is moved into a specific Shared Drive. I was able to create a Zap to email me if a new file is created in the shared drive but that doesn’t work if someone creates the file in their My Drive and subsequently moves it to the shared drive (as they do frequently).Any suggestions?
Hi,I’ve set up a zap using email parser as the trigger and it works well except that it fires every time there is a reply to that thread. Is there a way to limit triggers to only the first message of the thread? Here are the specifics of my zap:email arrives to Gmail and is automatically forwarded to parser inbox with a filter. parser triggers zap which creates an opportunity in Copper CRMI wonder if there is a way to either limit the filter in Gmail to only forward the initial message of the thread to the parser inbox or to limit this in the Zap using filters or something. Hello,I am developing an apparel store on WooCommerce that will be placing orders with multiple suppliers for dropshipping. These suppliers are not conventional dropshipping suppliers, as in they do not openly advertise and do not have preset integrations. I require automation that will allow order information to be captured from each order and sent to the relevant supplier. Bolded parts indicate required automation: 1. An order is placed for a product through WooCommerce2. Order information such as product, color, and size, as well as customer's delivery information is captured from order.3. Order information is sent to relevant supplier. This will most likely need to be done through email.4. Supplier sends tracking information to me about order. Tracking information needs to be sent to customer from email template. There are also select circumstances when a package needs to be sent to a distribution center first, then sent to the customer. I currently have two pipelines being used in an inbox on HubSpot and I only want actions to take place if it’s coming from a particular email address. I currently have:Trigger → New Ticket in HubspotAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Update Ticket in Hubspot I know I need a Action→ Only continue if… between the Trigger and Action but I don’t see any contact ID fields being made available even though I’m retrieving it in the Trigger step. Suggestions on how to proceed?
Hey all, Is there a way to search Zapier for Zaps you have active based on certain apps being used in the Zap? In short, we have a flow taking leads from our site and putting them in our CRM. However, one of our lead forms has duplicate results in our CRM. I think there might be two Zaps active doing the same thing, therefore duplicating our leads in our CRM for one particular lead form. However, I have many active Zaps and going through each one to see which Zaps are using that particular app as a trigger would be a headache. Would be great if I could filter out all Zaps that don’t start with a specific trigger app so I can drastically narrow my search. Is that possible? Thanks!
Hello, I have an integration between HubSpot and Google Ads. Every time leads are added to a list they should trigger via Zapier. The problem is a that the list already had many contacts on it prior to setting up the Zap. So I want to manually push the Zap one time to get the existing contacts into Google Ads. How do I do this? Seems like a normal function and I’m just missing something.
Is there a way to cross-reference data and let us know which contacts are on HubSpot but not on RnD?
We are looking to clean up our CRM on HubSpot and remove old data in the most automated way possible. Identifying old data could be done effectively by cross-referencing our HubSpot contacts with our Office RnD contacts (Office RnD has a smaller, more updated contact base as it was introduced more recently). Due to the quantity of contacts on our CRM, it would realistically take too much time to manually cross-reference. Is there a way that we can use Zapier to cross-reference this data for us and then point out contacts that are on Hubspot but not on RnD?
Hello, Because of my messiness, I ended up creating 3 different Zapier accounts with each having between 3 and 6 Zaps. I have decided to get a Professional plan and put all my Zaps in one account. Is there a way of merging the accounts or even transferring all the Zaps to one?
Need help connecting learndash to paystack directly without using woocommerce. RIght now, we have to create product(course) in learndash then replicate in product in woocommerce and manually connect the product to complete a transaction using a link connector. Is this something zapier can do? and how? Need help.
